Julianna sat in her living room with a bowl of cereal, watching The Breakfast Club when she heard her dads door creak open and Carmen walked out, buttoning up her shirt. Carmen didn't seem to notice Julianna until she heard the poor blonde choke on her breakfast in shock. Carmen head whipped to the girl. "Hi, Jules."
Julianna gave Carmen a cocky smile. "Heya, Carmen." Carmen gave her a little smile. "Miguel doesn't need to know about this yet, you know?" Julianna smiled and brought her fingers to her lips and closed them as if there was an invisible zipper. "My lips are sealed."
Carmen smiled and walked out the door and as soon as she knew Carmen was far enough away from her apartment she cheered. "Go Dad!" After a few minutes, Johnny trudged into the living room. "Did you have fun last night?" Julianna taunted as she turned to face him front he couch. Johnny sent her an annoyed glare as he grabbed his cereal, talking a seat at his spot at the table in front of his computer.
Julianna turned to look back at the TV when she heard her dad cough on his cereal. "Oh, shit." Johnny mumbled and Julianna got up and ran behind him to see what was on his computer from over his shoulder. "Holy shit indeed." Julianna whispered under her breath.
Ali messaged him.
As soon as she noticed her dad started to text back, Julianna backed up, scrunching her face up at her father. "You're not seriously texting her back, are you?" Johnny furrowed his brows at her words but kept his eyes on the computer. "Why wouldn't I?" Julianna stared at him as if he was crazy. As she was about to answer with something , her phone beeped in her back pocket. Julianna grumbled a few words under her breath and pulled out her phone to read the text from Robby.
Hey, can you pick me up from the back streets behind the zoo in an hour?
Julianna looked at the text in confusion. Why would he be at the zoo? Julianna sighed shaking her head and quickly texting back a reply that she'd be there before calling Lexi if she could get a ride.
...
"You're good, Lex! You just hit the curb!" Juliana screamed from in front of the car after Lexi and Joey made her get out when they felt a huge bump and Lexi was worried she ran something over.
"What?" Lexi screamed, not hearing her over the engine. "It was the curb!" Julianna screamed back. "The what?" Joey said, sticking his head out the backseat window like a dog. "The cur- Oh, forget it." Julianna groaned before turning her head to the woods and watching her brother walk out.
"Heya, Bro bro!" Julianna childishly sang as she watched her brother come out of the woods connected to the back of the zoo. Robby froze at his sister. "What are you doing here?" Julianna furrowed her brows. "Uh... you told me you needed a ride."
