The warm shower's water fell against her skin, it's droplets pattering a steady rhythm as they fell. She let the water cleanse her and cupped her hands under the shower head, letting the water fill in her hands. She lightly splashed it onto her face, waking her up. After her shower she stepped out. The damp, freezing air nipped at her bare skin. Quickly, she wrapped a towel round herself and dried off. She grabbed her undergarments and bra and rapidly changed. Realising she had not picked an outfit and was stranded in the bathroom with only a towel, bra and pants. She thought of making a dart for her bedroom. She poked her head out the door, checking if the coast was clear and scurried through to her room, letting the door slam behind her.
"Phew," she gasped, walking towards her wardrobe.
She opened the doors and picked out an outfit. She chose her short, wavy navy blue skirt with white swallows on it, and a basic white baggy top. She added some of her favourite accessories, like her dangling silver necklaces and brown leather bag and grabbed her brown ankle boots. She placed her hair into a messy braid and organised everything in her bag including her essential; phone, purse and earphones.

She walked out of her room and greeted Dan and Phil in the lounge, they were intently playing Mario on their Nintendo's.
"Hey I'm ready," Ella smiled walking inside.
Phil raised an eyebrow and looked up from his game, "oh hey."
They both put their games down and walked up to her.
"Ready to go?" Asked Dan.
"Almost," Ella replied with a cheeky face.
They both looked at her concerned. She rummaged through her bag and pulled out her phone.
"Can we take a picture?" She said sticking out her tongue.
"What kind of question is that?" Phil replied teasingly. "Yes."
They took multiple pictures some with the strangest faces.
"Oh my god Ella delete that now," Dan implied.
As they looked over the ones they had just taken, one in particular of Dan pulling a very sassy face. Which Phil burst out laughing at.
"Aw that ones cute." Phil said pointing at a picture.
Ella opened it. It was one of her cheekily smiling, whilst Dan and Phil kissed either sides of her cheek.
"That's my new picture for everything." Ella laughed putting her phone away and quickly saving it as a lockscreen.
"Okay," they both laughed.
Just like that, they walked down the steps and out into the city.

It was incredible how big the city was. Even at this time, it was still packed and full of life. The city was bustling with people who were eager to get on with their daily lives. Ella stared at the new surroundings in amazement.
"It's so incredible," Ella said as they walked into the nearest train station.
"You'll get used to it," Dan replied.
They walked down some steps and entered the underground. Inside, they went up to a place where a man sat at a window-till like thing. They asked for an Oyster card and Ella stared in confusion. She briefly noticed they were paying for her and she narrowed her eyes at this.
"I don't know what these are, but they sound expensive." Ella said.
"Don't worry, it's your first one so we'll get it for you." Phil replied passing the card to her.
She analysed it as if it were a precious gem and raised an eyebrow. Following them towards the gates. She copied their actions and placed the Oyster card on the scanner and the doors swung open. She opened her mouth and mouthed 'cool', which they both laughed at and told her to follow them.

They walked deep down the underground. Down escalators and corridors, which made Ella's head hurt from all the directions. The walls were covered in posters saying musical names and various other things. She tried to read them but found it was hopeless considering what a fast pace they were at. The three of them walked through a tunnel and made it to where they board the train. They sat on the nearby bench and waited.
"I swear I'd get lost here without you two." Ella sighed.
"Trust me we have quite a lot." Dan said, looking at Phil.
"It wasn't my fault!" Phil let out.
"We were lost for half an hour," Dan laughed.
Phil stared straight down at feet then up at Dan and punched him lightly on his arm.
"Hey," Dan yelped rubbing his arm.
Phil stuck out his tongue and looked away, Dan smirked at him and continued staring at him. There was a flare of something in his hazel eyes, which brightened them and lightened his face and smile. Ella noticed this and bit her lip. She thought is was best to say nothing. An announcement was said and bounced off the walls of the rooms, and a crank and clatter of a train through the tunnel could be heard. The three of them stood up and stepped a little closer to the platform. The platform had filled up a little more, however there were very few people in this warm Sunday morning. The train rushed through at such a speed you couldn't even see it properly. It finally came to a halt and it's metallic doors opened. Floods of people rushed out, they took a step back and let them pass.
"Come on," said Phil, taking her hand and quickly leading her inside the train.
Dan followed behind them and hopped inside. They stood up and held onto the yellow painted poles. Ella's eyes scanned the train, it was so fascinating how everything looked. It was all so different to what she was used to. She wasn't holding on very tightly, the doors closed and after a moment the train jolted forward.

Ella gasped and fell back a little. Instantly Dan let go and caught her in his arms. Her eyes were squeezed tight with fright, she opened one and saw Dans face looking down at her. She blushed peach and chewed the inside of her cheek. She was held in the curve of his arm while the other held onto the pole keeping them upright.
"Sorry," she blushed, lifting herself from his grasp and taking hold of the pole shakily.
"It's okay," he said scratching the back of his head. "Just make sure you hold on."
She nodded and held onto the pole tightly, her fingers clasped around it as if her life depended on it. Phil was looking at Dan, they were just making eye contact with each other. As if they didn't need words to communicate, but simply stares. Ella let out a short cough and they turned to her. They planned out what they were going to do for the day and thought of taking her sight seeing and shopping for her room. Ella gladly agreed. The train ride was surprisingly quick and after a few stops they rushed off and went back through the never ending staircases and tunnels. They reached the exit and each brought out their Oyster cards. She went first this time and placed hers down on the gate and walked through. She waited for them both and they walked up to the city. Her eyes widened as she was the world around her, the great world which she had never experienced before. Of big lights and busy people. Cars and shops, sellers and buyers. Dan and Phil both smiled at her as she stared. And with a smile Phil said.
"Welcome to London."
