Not managing to sleep a wink that night, Ella had convinced herself to fall asleep at 6:00am since she had nothing better to do; but not even that worked. After only a few precious minutes of sleep, she woke up abruptly. She lay there staring blankly at the ceiling, deep in thought, questioning every thing she had ever done or said.
It was now 8:30am. She could hear Phil's snores from across the house, she shoved her head under her pillow, but found it was useless and could still hear him along with all the other sounds of the night.

It was still dark outside, she could already hear the bustle of cars and people heading off to work. No thoughts within her head, she threw off her blanket and went to her wardrobe, grabbing some clothes. She pulled on her black skinny jeans, her basic white T-shirt, her oversized hoodie and converse, and clumsily did her hair in a messy bun. Rushed to her desk and ripped a paper from one of her notepads and wrote:
"Gone for a walk. Can't sleep & Bored af. Be back around 10ish idk. -Ella."

She opened her room door and grabbed her purse and phone on the way out, making sure to get the extra house key so she could get back inside. She shut the door as quietly as possible, so she would not wake them up, and left down the stairs and outside into the London streets.
"Busy today," she thought to herself.
She didn't know the area too well, yet, she knew it well enough to find her way around. She took the tube and wound up in High street Kensington. She took a stroll through the Kensington gardens and sat on a bench in front of the lake. It sparkled in the light of the early morning sun rising in the distance.

The sky was a painting of midnight blues, royal purples, golds and oranges. Ella took out her phone and took a picture of the scene in front of her. The way the morning gulls flew above the water, making tiny splashes towards the sleepy swans and ducks, how the sun was slowly rising from its slumber, revealing it's harsh morning rays of light. It seemed stunning, almost unreal. She then went onto Twitter and said:
"@ EllaaParker: What a way to start the day⊂((・x・))⊃"
And tweeted the photo. Thanks to 3G it worked instantly.
With a click, she switched her phone off, took a deep breath. And tried to abandon her senses and tried to clear her mind. Despite attempts, she still had the strange sensation of wanting to know the phandoms reaction. She knew she could easily check it for herself but found herself fearing the absurd idea since there might be negativity.

Suddenly, she was transported back from her peace of mind. From numerous notifications buzzing on her phone.
"What the-" she blurted out loud.
Her eyes flew open, as she saw her home screen was full of twitter notifications. One after another continuously appearing. Ella rushed onto twitter and saw that surprisingly, she had gained a numerous amount of followers and her picture had a massive amount of re-tweets and favourites.
"Did someone big on YouTube favourite this or something?" She thought to herself.
Her stomach was filled with butterfly's- both good and of bad. Quickly she checked through the replies and saw everyone was spamming her saying her name in caps lock. And most of them, believe it or not, were people from the phandom. They had found her on twitter.

Ella froze. She didn't know what to think; she should be happy? Sad? Excited? Afraid?
All night she was desperate to see the phandoms reaction, yet now, she had no idea what to feel. The replies were mainly spams, many stated how they had seen the new video and were so excited. Others were ecstatic over the fact they had found her twitter. The more seconds passed the more her phone buzzed and roared with notifications. Now slightly blushing, her cheeks turned the colour of a faint rose in the spring. The fact that strangers on their morning stroll were now staring at her, eyebrows raised, eyes focused on the annoying buzz of her phone. Their gazes made her extremely awkward and uncomfortable.

She picked herself up from the bench, covering her fingers and hands with the sleeves of her jumper and awkwardly walked away from the crowd of early risers.
"Come on," she mumbled, trying to turn off notifications with a struggle.
Her phone began to glitch from the constant pop-ups. She pulled a face and logged onto twitter.
"Err.."
The constant sound annoyed her further. "Por dios!"
She finally screamed, throwing her phone to the ground with impatience. It landed safely on a pillow of grass and soil.

Realising she was away from everyone, she began to curse in frustration in Spanish. Yelling every cuss and swear she knew and belted it at her phone from the top of her lungs. After her rampage, Ella pressed her hand against her lips, regretting what she said and done, and what an embarrassing scene she had put herself in. She turned away for a split second, taking a deep calming breath. Then it came to her; the buzzing had stopped.
"Thank the Lord," she sighed, turning to pick up her phone.
Her eyes flew wide open to see her phone was not behind her on the ground, but in the pesky arms of a stubborn squirrel.
"All I wanted was a morning stroll."
