Setting her phone down on the coffee table, she walked into the kitchen where Ben was making lunch. She lets out a sigh, walking over to him and wrapping her arms around him from behind, her cheek resting on his back. Her string of actions only making him concerned, he drops what he was doing and turns around to hold her.
"Everything okay?" he asks as he rubs her back. "Everything's perfect." she smiles, resting her chin on his chest so she was looking up at him. "I'm just really grateful I have you around." "I'm grateful to be around." he replies, leaning down and connecting their lips. The food long forgotten.
