hello people of the internet! a certain article has recently come to my attention and i wanted to make it clear that ben is NOT cheating, he would never do such a thing. ben and i mutually decided to end our relationship a while ago

     Hailey didn't know Rudy could be so punctual until he actually showed up at her door exactly an hour later. She has stayed true to her word and brought out the wine and put the netflix on her TV. Their choice of food for the night was chipotle burrito bowls and the girl was honestly surprised he had remembered her order.

     A couple hours later, the food was gone and the movie was finished, the wine bottle almost finished on the table in front of them. It was obvious at that point that they were both extremely wine drunk with the way giggles came out of both of them.

     "You fell flat on your face going down that hill!" Hailey laughed at the blonde boy in front of her as they reminisced on their days back in Alaska.

"I wanted to be cute and take you on a picnic!" the boy argues. "It not my fault the hill was so steep!"

"You could've chosen any other hill."

"Hailey, shut up or i'll spill the wine on your carpets."

"You wouldn't dare."

"Try me."

     Hailey quickly reaches forward, grabbing the glass out of his hands and placing it on the coffee table. Rudy gasps in feigned shock, instantly tackling the girl onto the couch.

"Rudy!" she shrieks as he starts to tickle her sides.

"I told you not to do it!" he yells, tickling her even faster. The girl under him gasping for breath through her laughs.

"Okay, okay! I'm sorry, have your wine back!"

     Rudy finally seizes his movements, the two of them having the biggest smiles on their faces as they looked at one another. The tension was broken however by Hailey clearing her throat, signaling for the boy to get off her.

"I should- uh, I should get home." the boy stammers.

     "Do you want me to calm you and Uber?" she asks, the now awkward air around them almost suffocating her.

     "No it's fine, thank you." he smiles, pulling her into a hug and placing a gentle kiss on her forehead. "Goodnight, Hails."

     He left her apartment that night feeling upset, knowing he could no longer have the girl he wanted. She watched him leave that night feeling an immense confusion with her internal conflict over the boy.
