"So, you think I'm beautiful?" Rudy wriggles his eyebrows from across the couch, causing Haileys sock clad feet to come kicking towards his chest. He catches her ankles with ease and brings them down to his lap with a smile on his face.
They had spent the entirety of their day so far cuddled up on the girls couch watching every episode of outer banks. Hailey was genuinely impressed, occasionally flirting with JJ and arguing about how he should've ended up with Kiara at the end.
Rudy genuinely couldn't remember the last time he had felt so euphoric, every day he had spent with Hailey had brought him new amounts of joy that he never could've imagined before. He practically lived in her apartment nowadays too.
"What if I do, Mr. Pankow?" Hailey giggles, pulling her legs from his grasp and moving to straddle his waist. "Are you gonna cry about it again?"
The blonde boy scoff, looking up at her and resting his palms on her waist. "I did not cry!"
"Right you just whined like a little bitch because I didn't call you hot."
"I called you hot so I thought it was only fair."
Hailey moves her head lower, resting her forehead against his and grasping his cheeks in her hands. "I can think of you as both." she whispers, placing a gentle kiss on the tip of his nose.
"You missed." he whispers back, pulling her down further and pressing their lips together. No matter how many time the two of them have kissed, the butterflies never seem to dwindle. His hands move under her shirt, exploring her skin for a few seconds before she pushes him back.
"We're gonna be late for dinner if you keep going." she reminds with a teasing smile, climbing off him and moving to get ready.
