My feet touched the floor as we got to the hotel room door. I looked at Jack as he got the room key out his wallet. "You really didn't need to carry me all the way back here." I crossed my arms over my chest.
"It was either I carried you or you walked in a broken heel." He laughed as the card swiped green.
"I could of just took them off." I muttered and walked in to the hotel room and he followed me in.
He gently closed the door, "yeah because I would let you roam the streets in bare feet." The sarcasm clear in his voice.
I had to get it out, I don't know if it was the alcohol talking or my thoughts, "do you not find me attractive?"
I regretted it instantly when he looked at me and chuckled, "erm, what?"
Reaching down to take my silly heel off, "do you not fancy me?" I pulled at the difficult strap trying to detach the clip. I fidgeting a few more seconds before yelling out in frustration.
He got down in front of me and started to adjust the clip for me. "Of course I do. You know I think you are beautiful." He finally released my foot.
"I came out the shower earlier and you did not even notice me. Then tonight with Rebec-"
He cut me off, "I did notice you when you came out the shower, however I am not a raging sex pest that needs to see your naked body. And as for your friend, I told her that I wasn't interested."
I sat down at the edge of the bed and sighed. Maybe he was right? What was I expecting? If he was too much I would probably complain too. I was just being too much of a 'girl' I suppose.
I felt like the entire room was spinning. "I don't feel so good." I muttered.
Within a few seconds he was back at my side with some water. "Let's just get some sleep and we try again tomorrow." He laughed.
I took a gulp of my water and put it on the bedside table. I stood up and my feet felt instantly better without the heels as expected. "I will be right back." I smiled. I walked to my suitcase and took out my shorts and tank top. This shall be fun.
I brushed through my hair and got rid of any little tugs, then I got my make up remover and got rid of the full 'mask' on my face. The best part of my entire day.
I got undressed and sprayed some deodorant and my sweet perfume before putting on my shorts and top. "Hey, Liv. Are you finished getting dressed? I am just going to come in and brush my teeth?" Jack said from the other side of the door. I opened it and he smiled. "Oh, you're ready." He grinned.
"I am." I smirked and reached over and got my tooth brush and the paste before starting to brush. He stood beside me doing the same, I looked in the mirror at his reflection in the mirror. He was just wearing some loose grey joggers. No top. Those arms.
"Are you looking at something?" His reflection showed me he had a full on sarcastic grin.
I shook my head and muttered, "no." with my mouth full of toothbrush.
"Nice shorts." He continued to smirk back at me.
"So the real question.." Jack and I stood at the foot of the bed. I looked at him confused. "What side of the bed do you sleep at?" He smiled.
I walked round to the left side of the bed and climbed in. "This one and this one only." I smiled.
He chuckled, "great." He climbed in to his side and I felt the tingles in my stomach. What do I do? Everything was built up to this minute. Maybe I should just make the first move? Should I make any move?
