Our Memories

Although I knew that Sally had texted Christian... I had no choice but to feign ignorance before him.

He finally stopped messing with his phone. I wonder what he and Sally texted about... but I guess I missed my chance to find out.  Uh, oh... seems like the adult cavalry is marching in.

Mona:  Wish me luck.

Christian:  Just offer to blow a breathalyzer, and you'll be good!

Mona:  Not funny! 

(Christian walks off with a smirk and Mark steps in.)

Mona:  So um... I guess Tyler said some not so nice things about Cheri, and Derek defended her.

Mark:  What do you mean by "not-so-nice" things?

Mona:  Um... it had to do with them hooking up, I'm not totally sure of the details.

Mark:  You can't kill a 17-year old... Mark you can't kill a 17-year old... well, I am going to get to the bottom of this and if Derek was defending my girl from some little jerk... I'll pay for his hospital bill.

Mona:  He was. He... really cares about Cheri.

Mark:  Cheri's mother is on her way. I'm going to go meet her in the parking lot. [Walks off]

Shawn:  Are you okay?

Mona:  I'm fine. Just a long night.

Shawn:  Tell me about it. [Puts hand in face]

Mona:  What do you mean?

Shawn:  Your mother and I were just dealing with a few things ourselves when we got the call.

Mona:  Like what? Is everything okay?

Shawn:  Why don't you go talk to her. She should be the one to tell you...

A few minutes later...

Max:  I'll kill that little jerk! How dare he lay a hand on my son's perfect face?!

Twinkle:  It's okay, Max. Let's find out the story before we jump to conclusions.

Max:  Jump to conclusions?! My son is in there bleeding!

Twinkle:  I know. I'm so sorry. We'll figure things out and then handle it together.

Max:  I'm going back to his room, the pain meds should have kicked in by now. Meet me in there?

Twinkle:  Yes, I'll be right there.

(Mona steps in and off goes Max to see Derek.)

Mona:  Max doesn't look happy.

Twinkle: Well, Derek's never been in a fight before, Max and Curtis are completely shocked. What happened, Mona?

Mona:  Well, you know how I told you Cheri has a crush on Tyler Durban?

Twinkle:  Yeah.

Mona:  Well... don't tell anyone, but... Tyler was interested in her too, but just for one night, if you know what I mean. Derek found out and confronted Tyler... things got ugly.
