After a few more rules and explanations they allowed me to leave, to explore further. Now I walked through the interior of the large houseThe certain dining room I was in, was closed off slightly from the rest of the house. I presume this was in case they had smaller order meetings, then they could have privacy
Slowly I ventured into a large open concept of the farmhouse. It was the kitchen and living room as one
The kitchen was large with an island in front of it. The counters were a darker oak wood with white marble countertops. Against the wall were the main counters with a large oven and stove in the centre. From there you could look out the windows to see the field stretching around the perimeter. In front of the oven was the island, which had a sink in the middle on one half. The other side was a more casual dining area. Small brown leather stools surrounded the workspace as a place to eat
Moving through, I went towards the living room. It had a large wooden coffee table in the centre. Two large white couches sat besides each other with then many arm chairs resting around. There was a nice off white rug on the floor adding some more warmth
I then walked into the hall which was wide enough for a few people to walk through. Carefully, I headed up the wooden staircase which lead to a hallway full of doors. I pursed my lips unsure what to do until I saw a note plastered on one door. Curiously, I grabbed it
Your room by the way ~ because I presume your exploring by yourself
With a shrug, I placed my hand against the doorknob and pushed it open. It was a large bed with a wooden framing
"Orion" I smile when I see the dog lying on the bed. His tail excitingly wags as he watches me "Hello" He starts licking my face as I stroke his soft fur
Whilst I continue to greet him, I properly have a look around. The walls were a nice light lilac with dark wood trims. The flooring was wooden tiles that matched the trims. To one side of the room was the bed which I sat on. It had many pillows decorating the upper area and fluffy blankets draped over the end. Each side had a nightstand with small draws in them. On one of them, I saw a photo frame with a lavender frame. Carefully, I picked it up to see a photo of me and Sirius at Christmas. Two large smiles plastered on our faces
My eyes then wandered to the other side of the room. There was a small corner sofa with more blankets and pillows. A little coffee table sat in front, over a rug. Behind the sofa, the wall was aligned with many other photos. As I observed them, they were all copies of photos I had with everyone; Ginny, Luna, Harry, Hermione, The Weasleys, Sirius, Remus, Tonks, Orion and other group photos. What also caught my eyes was the photos with my parents. They had their own little section. Many of the photos were with me and mum
"I hope you like the room" A voice said. I turned my head to see Sirius standing in the doorway
"Love it" I smile
"Yeah I was bored so tried to decorate it a bit" He shrugged, putting his hands in his pocket "Wasn't really sure how you'd want it"
"Well I think you did an amazing job" I compliment which seems to brighten him up more
"I have something else I want to show you" He grins, grabbing my hands and dragging me out the room. Sirius leads me to a door which he slowly opens. I slowly step in
The room was about a medium in size. It had blank white walls which had nothing on it. One of the walls were covered in a large shelf that stored many different pots. They were all brand new and had labels covering them. There were many laid out brushes, all of different sizes and shapes. Apart from these, there were also many other different tools
"How did you get all this stuff?"
"Well last time I checked" He began "There was something called art supply stores"
"I know the stupid" I rolled my eyes "But where did you get these colours"
"Well they sat on the shelves and said for sale"
"Your unbelievable" I mutter
"Anyways, in this room you can do whatever" He declared "I don't even care if you paint the walls - that's why they're white...just do whatever"
"Got it" I smiled before hugging him "Thanks"
"Anytime pup"
"CHARLOTTE" A voice loudly called, followed by a hush. I smirked recognising the voice as Tonks'
"That's right, she had something to tell me"
Quickly I left the room and hurrying down the stairs. Unfortunately it seems as Tonks was going to come to me therefore the both of us smashed into each other
"Bloody hell" We both groan, rubbing our foreheads. When we both recover, she grabs my hand, dragging me away from the others
"I have news" She announces as we both take a seat of the sofas
"Go ahead"
"He finally gave in"
"Who did and for what?"
"Are you stupid?" She questions "What did I tell you when we went Gringotts?"
"That...OH MY GOD" I squeal "YOU DID IT"
We both started cheering before bursting out into laughter
"Wait then I have to tell you something as well" I admit. She eagerly stopped and expectantly stared at me
"What?"
"Harry asked me to be his girlfriend earlier this year?"
"FINALLY" She laughed as we both pulled each other into a hug
"What on earth?" The two men question, standing far away
"Congratulations Moony" I grin "You finally caved in"
"Yes I did didn't I" He said before mumbling "I didn't want you to actually attack me either"
"I'm sorry what did you say?" I ask despite having heard it
"Nothing"
