Setting You Free

Charming

Lights started flickering and then all of them came on.

"Oh thank god." you hear Jennie say. You look over to her and her eyes are puffy but she's not crying anymore.

You all scramble around the room and find more clues and solve more puzzles until eventually you open the front door. You held the door open as the girls run out and follow close behind.

"Congrats on escaping!" You turn and you see the guy from earlier walk out from the room next door.

The girls cheer as you watch them. The guy asks the girls if they wanted a picture and of course they agree. He hands out signs for you guys to pose with. You stand next to Lisa holding a sign that says 'great fun' in Korean.

You glance in the rearview mirror as you're driving to check on Jennie. She's in the middle and is leaning on Jisoo, who's knocked out.

"How you feeling, Jen?" you ask her.

She looks at you then meets your eye in the mirror.

"Better. Can we make sure not to do a scary one next time?" she asks out loud.

"Sorry Unnie, I didn't realize that one only had scary rooms." Rosie said while she rubbed Jennie's arm.

"It's okay." You see Jennie switch her position to lean on Rosie instead.

You look over at the passenger seat where Lisa is slowly nodding off. You grab her hand and squeeze it. She looks at you and smiles softly.

"Go ahead and take a nap." you tell her and she nods.

A few moments later, you glance around and everyone is sleeping.

It takes about another 45 minutes before you get back to their dorm. As soon as you park the car, you hear the girls in the back start to wake up. Lisa is the only one that stays asleep even after the all the doors open and close.

You end up gently picking up Lisa from the car and carrying her up to the dorm. She stirs a little bit and nuzzles up against your chest as you carry her bridal-style. When you're carrying Lisa to her room, Rosie taps you on the shoulder.

"Go ahead and take a nap. We'll wake you up when dinner's ready." she whispers to you.

"Thanks Chaeng."

When you enter her room, you notice Luca and Leo laying down in the middle of the bed. You try to push them a little bit to move, but they won't budge. It's not until you slowly put Lisa down on the bed is when they decide it's time to get off.

You sit down next to Lisa and just watch her sleep for a little bit. You take off your jacket and slacks and put them on a chair and grab a pair of shorts you left behind.

You're feeling a bit thristy so you head out towards the kitchen. As soon as you open and exit Lisa's room, you hear whispers from the kitchen. Curious, you walk closer and are about to walk in when Jennie suddenly appears in front of you.

"I thought you were taking a nap?" she asks with her arms crossed.

"I am. I just wanted to grab some water real quick." you take a step to the side to go around her but she steps in front of you.

You look at her confused.

"I can't get a glass of water?" you ask slowly.

"Sure you can." she says and you nod.

You take a step to the side again but she steps in front of you at the same time.

"Chaeng-ah, can you grab some water for Oppa?" Jennie called back towards the kitchen.
