A Thank You

JENNIE POV

I watched as Lisa played the video. Her eyes immediately open wide and her hand grazes the screen over Y/N.

When she heard what was being said, her hand covers her mouth. Suddenly, her knees got weak and she stumbled when she heard everything. Jisoo and I caught her and guided her down on the bed. She kept staring at the end of the video of R.Tee smiling after Y/N left.

She gives a faint sob then handed the phone back to Jisoo.

"Lisa?" I called out.

"It really is my fault. I didn't believe him." She looked at me, defeated. "He was protecting me and I pushed him away. It's all my fault."

"Lili... No it's not." I rubbed her back, trying to comfort her.

She started shaking her head rapidly.

"Yes it is! He was always telling me the truth and I yelled at him for leaving because I wanted him all to myself! I even told him R.Tee cared about me because he was here!" She cried even harder.

"It'll be okay, Lisa. He'll come back. I know he will." Jisoo told her.

Will he? I looked over at Jisoo and she was fighting to keep tears from forming in her eyes.

We stayed comforting Lisa until she fell asleep on Jisoo's bed.

An hour or so later, Rosie came home and we told her what happened. We also showed her the video. Her reaction was pretty much the same as mine. I've never seen her that angry before, I was actually scared she might do something to R.Tee.

A month goes by and Lisa seems to be getting better. She's progressing well with her solo and keeping herself busy with another season of Youth With You. She even got another baby kitten and named it Lego.

News of her and Y/N breaking up is out, causing a lot of Blinks to wonder what happened. Y/N's company put out an official statement that he was the one that broke it off. YGE confirmed it.

A lot of Blinks are angry at him even though the girls and I, even Lisa, tell them it's okay and it was for the best. Most of them listened but looking through comments on Y/N's reddit and Instagram, there are still those that are furious for hurting Lisa.

I've been looking for recent videos or articles on Y/N everyday just to see if he's okay. I've also been texting him everyday to annoy him to reply. He's only replied once with 'I'm fine'. I really want to punch him for ignoring me.

Thankfully, we haven't heard from R.Tee at all since Lisa's party. Lisa told us she even blocked his number so she hasn't gotten anything either. I still sleep with her once in a while so she's not too lonely. She still sleeps in Y/N's sweater or shirts that he left behind. His smell has faded from them which I know makes her sad a little. It actually makes me sad too.

Lisa and I were cuddling one night when we got a notification that Y/N posted a video on his Instagram. It's been months since he's posted so it came as a surprise when Lisa and I saw the notification. She opened it on her phone and hesitantly played the video while I watched over her shoulder.

I hugged her tighter as I listened to the lyrics. I felt her sobbing as she played the short video again a few more times. He wrote another song for her. Hearing his voice again made me happy but the lyrics and the pain in his voice nearly killed me. Before I knew it, tears started falling from my eyes too. She stopped the video to read the caption and our sobs became more frequent.
