Dil e Nadaan

Chapter 1

"Aaminah iss rishtay ko consider karo yeh kaafi acha rishta hai Neelum k liye" Saaqib sahab tried to convince his wife as they retired after a long tiring day to their rooms , his wife shook her head ,

"Saaqib mera dil nahi maan raha  Jawad Saima ka chota bhai hai , aur yeh behan bhai ki shaadi se mera dill ghabrata hai" his wife told him,
"Jawad k maa baap well settled hain par woh khud ko lekar serious hee nahi hai" she told him very seriously,
"Mein apni beti ki  kisi ghair zimmedar insaan se kaise kara dun" she told her husband stubbornly,

Saaqib sahab sighed as he looked at his wife they had been married for 49years . They had been married at a very early age him 19 and her 17 , she had wanted to get an education and the only way her father was allowing her to was if she got married , she hadn't gone down without a fight. They did fall in love with each other and while they had seen so many ups and downs ,
Their marriage had been amazing , they had 5 sons and then they had been surprised with a pregnancy when they had been well into their 40's their eldest son had just graduated and  she had told him that she was pregnant! It had been extremely embarrassing for her in the begining but then they were blessed with their beautiful daughter who they had decided to name Neelum after her beautiful blue green eyes , and she was loved by all her brothers and parents , she was a little spoiled but nothing to bad , but Aminah was alway concerned when it came to her , and now at the age of 20 she worried even more since they were in their 60's she wanted to have Neelum settled ,
"Phir tum uski shaadi ki zidd chor dou" he said exhausted,

"Saaqib woh humari zimmedari hai! Uss k future k liye humne kuch tou souchna hai naa!" Aminah told her Husband , annoyed that he wasn't understanding what she told him,

"Uss ki itni fikar matt karo tum mein kal jawad k liye mana kardunga theek hai" Saaqib said as he placed his hands on her shoulder,
"Jab se reture hui hou na tum ajeeb sa behaviour hogya ha" he teased his wife , she had just taken retirement , she used to be a professor of humanities ,

"Aap surf tang kiya karein mujhe ! She complained to him
"Abbh dekhein raat k 9 baj rahay hai aur Neelum ghar wapis hee nahi aayi" her word made her husband groan
"Uss ne bataya tha na k woh Daniyal aur Faryal k saath hai tension matt lou" he told her as he settled in bed ,
"Daniyal k saath hai iss liye tasali hay mujhe ," she told her husband ,
"Haan bhai aap ka pouta kabhi koi ghalati nahi kar sakta" her husband teased her some more.
She simply rolled her eyes at his words , but it was true her eldest grandson had a very speacial place in her heart ,

"Daniyal! Ammi itni khafa hinay wali hai mere se !" Neelum yelled at her nephew who was 2 years younger than her
"Kyun hongi khafa phopo chill , dadi itnjj in nice hai!" He said as the finally reached their house,
Neelum made a face at him as the got out of the car ,
"Jab mein bhai k liye yeh kehti hun tabh tou tum itna rotay hou" she reminded him making him groan ,
"Matt yaad dilaye uss jillad ki , agar zindagi haram karne ka award hota tpu woh jeet chuka hota abhi tak"
He said as they entered ,
"Yaar Daniyal ammi se bacha lena please" she begged him,
"Agar aap abu se bacha lou gi sirf tab"

Making her laugh as the shook their hands , 
Luckily neither of their parents were awake and both sneaked into their rooms.

Neelum laid down in bed , and closed her eyes , sending out a small prayer for all her loved ones. As she closed her eyes.

Ibrahim was tired , his eyes had been staring at the screen as he wrote his report, he checked the clock on the wall it told him it was way past the normal hours that were expected out of a person , he had been working in this firm for the past 4 years and while it payed really well he worked really hard in it as well ,
