"Ammi what are you saying!" Ibrahim asked his mother shocked ,
His mother looked at him surprised,
"Beta whats the problem in this Neelum is such a sweet girl, you've seen her aswell at the wedding"
She asked her son as they were sitting outside,
"Ammi that does not change the fact that theres a huge difference between them and us" he told her ,
His mother placed her hand on his
"Beta Aminah suggested this herself"
His mother tried to explain,
Ibrahim groaned ,
"Amma their daughter is probably used to a lifestyle that I won't be able to provide" he explained frustrated ,
"Beta why are you worrying Aminah knows about us she knows the difference, if she suggested this proposal then she must have thought of something ," she told him,
"I really like Neelum and I think shes perfect for you" his mother stated with finality,
"She's suggested that we go over to their place tonight" she told him,
"Beta why do you think like this give this a chance atleast , and if after tonight you still feel like this let me know okay" she told him softly ,
Nodding his head he got up because honestly it was very difficult to argue with his mother , he just couldn't especially when she looked at him with so much hope.
He ran his hand through his hair in exhaustion,ruffling his hair he headed towards his portion, his mother had told him to take the upstairs portion so that his sisters and her could keep the downstairs portion, in order to have privacy.
He didnt know what to do or think right now, he was already thinking about the difference between the status of the two families he didn't know why her mother had suggested this , and he didn't know why he was so worked up over it either , but at the same time he was unsettled , he hadn't really met Aminah Auntys daughter but he had dropped off his mother at their place a few times, you could tell that they're lifestyle was much different from theirs , While he didnt mind getting married he really didn't want to marry someone whom he couldn't provide the same lifestyle as the one she was used to .

Aminah had talked to her sons about the impending proposal,
"I really like the boy , and ghe family is also respected , I don't think we would get a better proposal for Neelum," their mother said ,
Rizwan frowned at his mothers words
"Amma we respect your decision but I would like to investigate this a little bit further , just run some background checks" he told his mother , his mother nodded her head ,
"Ofcourse that is why I invited them over for dinner tonight, so that we can all meet them and you can tell me what you think of this proposal," she told her son,
Rehan was quite for a while then he spoke up ,
"Rizwan bhai , I've met Ibrahim a few times" he told his brother "for work we hired his firm for some contracts, he is a very sorted boy, responsible and reliable but I'm not too sure about his family's situation from what I understand he has three younger sisters and he's responsible for all of them , while I think he would be a great proposal for Neelum but we cannot overlook the financial aspect of this aswell" he told him as he looked at his mother,
"Beta I have seen the boy, met him and his upbringing is very welldone, your abba also agrees with me ,"
Their mother said as she turned towards her husband ,
"Neelum se zyada eham mere liye kich bhi nahi hai" their father started,
"Let both of them meet and talk and if Neelum agrees then I doubt we have anything to worry about, I have checked his background personally, they live in a good house , there is no rent , baki cheezein tou beta theek ho hee jati hai eventually"
Saaqib sahab told his sons knowing that none of them would argue with him , as he was the head of their family afterall.
