Neelum
The next day they were all sitting for breakfast Ibrahim was going through the file that her father had given him, on the sofa ,
"Ibrahim beta , ghar par kaam kyun le kar aatay ho" his mother said ,
"Ghar pe ghar waloun ko time diya karo" she said,
He hummed
"Nahi ammi yeh Neelum k abu ne diya tha kaam, unhw madad chahiye thi" he said as he typed something on his laptop.
"Phir bhi beta , har kaam ka koi time hota hai, woh kisi aur keh dete , tum pehle hee itnay masroof rehte ho" she said , her tone harsh.
"Ammi-" Ibrahim was going to say something,
Neelum could not take it anymore , so she simply got up
"Excuse me" she said as headed upstairs.

She was trying to distract herself when Ibrahim entered,
"Neelum" he whispered as his hands rested on her arms and he rubbed her arms softly.
"Sweetheart-" she shook her head,
"Ibrahim aunty ki karwahat aur nahi bardasht hoti" she said as she wiped away her tears .
"It's not fair" she cried , and he wrapped his arms around her .
Pressing a kiss to her head.
"Matt ro jaan" he said ,
"Mein ne ammi se baat ki hai, I'm hoping she will listen" he said to her .
She wiped away her tears ,
"Aur agar phir bhi naa suna unho ne tou?" She asked ,
"I honestly don't know how to fix this" he said to her she could tell this was bothering him aswell.
She just pressed her head to his chest and he pressed a kiss to the crown of her head.

Things hadn't improved with her mother in law , infact they had gotten worse.
Neelum had tried to go to her and talk it out with her but her mother in law hadn't listened .
Neelum stroked her belly as she sat in her room waiting for Ibrahim, he would be home in a bit , they were going to find out the baby's gender today.
She had been very excited about this since the last week.
The door opened and she turned to come face to face with her husband, he pressed a kiss to her head,
"Mein change kar k aata hun phir chaltay hain?" He said , and she nodded .
He headed to the bathroom.
Neelum got up and started looking for her file.
"Kaha rakhi thi meine" she mumbled , as she went through the contents of her drawer.
Finally she found it just as Ibrahim stepped out of the bathroom.
"Chalein?" He asked and she nodded , her excitement very visible.
"Allah karay sab acha acha ho" She prayed as they headed for the door.
"InshAllah sweetheart sab acha hee hoga" he said , they were about to step out when her mother in law called panicking,
"Ibrahim! Beta ! Jaldi aao!" She yelled , and he frowned ,
"Eik second mein ammi ko check kar aata hun" he said to Neelum.
Neelum followed him, they headed to the main kitchen downstairs,
Her mother in law stood next to the counter and in her arms was a barely conscious Rukhsar,
