No one seemed to have noticed Uraraka getting up to walk off, Rose on the other hand just watched her. It was clear why she left, it was due to the fact she felt overwhelmed by it all. She was to battle against Bakugo who completely forgot who she was. She was at a disadvantage due to her Quirk. "We're gonna keep right on going with the fifth match! Even though he's wearing a belt, he won't transform! From the Hero course, it's Yuga Aoyama! Versus- Is something going to come out if those horns? Well? From the hero course, it's Mina Ashido!" Present Mic had introduced both off them "Mina, you can do it!" Asui cheers for Ashido from the stands while "Aoyama, get her!" Mineta was shouting from behind in the stands, having everyone turn to him. "Beat her like those fighting games where their clothes get ripped off!" But he wasn't cheering but being a pervert like always. "What are you, scum?" Jiro had been the one to say that since it was basically true. "A match between Aoyama and Ashido." Midoriya was checking his notes on both of them. "Considering their Quirks... Aoyama will probably attack from a distance with his laser." He was muttering. "That's right, which means if Ashido can dodge it and come into a close combat match." Rose had said, with her arms crossed under, and her life leg over the right while leaning slightly back. "But there's nothing to use as a cover on the stage, so Ashido might be at a slight disadvantage." Midoriya had stated to her. "That might be true, however, if she were to aim for his belt, then she could easily go in for the attack." She ended up saying back to him, he had agreed with that. The class was looking at the two, a bit taken back by how they were speaking. It was even more amazing how Rose could keep up with Midoriya. "Now, why don't we get moving? Fifth match, start!" The first one to stick was Aoyama firing his navel laser at Ashido. But she secretes acid from her feet and uses it to swiftly slide across the stage. He firing again and again, but Ashido continued to dodge the flurry of beams. But Aoyama couldn't fire his beam for more then a second, his stomach would ache. Every beam that had been fired had been dodged and with all those times his misses, it was beginning to become clear that his was beginning to suffering from the side effects. Aoyama had shouted upon firing a larger shot, which only resulted in him a stomachache. Ashido had completely dodged it thought. She throw acid onto his belt, breaking it. And even resulted in him dropping his pants in the process.Ashido takes this opening and finishes Aoyama with a strong uppercut. "Aoyama has fainted! Ashido advances to the second round!" Midnight announced to everyone. "Aoyama's knocked out! Ashido's east victory is indisputable!" Present Mic had comment as she was posing and waving all over as the crowd cheered. "Mina's Amazing!" Asui had stated pleased but there was someone that wasn't. "If only Aoyama and Ashido's Quirks were switched...!" Mineta was lamenting having to see Aoyama underwear instead of Ashido's. "You're too much of a scumbag." Jiro plainly said. Meanwhile "The match unfolded as Moriyama and I expected, but I misjudged Ashido's physical Strength." Midoriya was takeinf notes on Ashido's abilities. "That's true, I mean she did place tenth in the Quirk assessment test. This included the boys as well." Rose reminded him of that fact. "If I were to say anything, I think that it's her physical abilities that cause her to be able to fight, even with her Quirk." And of course as she was saying all that, Midoriya was writing it all down. It really was amazing how she was able to have a discussion with him without even having difficulties with it. "Now, we got no time to lose! Let's move onto the sixth match!" They had moved into the next match after Aoyama was carried off in a stretcher. "Offence and defence in one body! The dark samurai accompanied by Dark Shadow! From the hero course, it's Fumikage Tokayami! Versus- All-purpose Creation! She was admitted through recommendations, so her abilities are certified! From the hero course, it's Momo Yaoyorozu!" Present Mic had introduced them as they stood on stage with the fires burning. "Midoriya, Moriyama, What do you think of this match?" Ojiro had leaned forward, between the two asking. "I think time will be the key." Midoriya had told him right out. "Time?" But he didn't quite understand. "That's right. In my opinion, Yaoyorozu is at a huge disadvantage against Tokayami." Rose stated looking at the two of them staring which other down. "Yaoyorozu, she not only needs time but she also needs to concentrate on what she needs to make. Then there is Dark Shadow that be brought out any time with no time lag and not much thinking." She had probably explained. "Sixth match, start!" The match suddenly begins and it was clear that Yaoyorozu was catch off-guard. "Go, Dark Shadow." Tokayami immediately called on Dark Shadow to attack. "Got it!" It headed for her in a seance. Yaoyorozu defended herself by creating a shield. She tried to create a polearm, but Dark Shadow circled back around and strike her shield before she could focus on her Quirk. Dark Shadow swung by again and knocks the shield off Yaoyorozu arm. She created another shield and Dark Shadow rams it, knocking her back. The onslaught from Dark Shadow had then mysteriously stopped, confusing Yaoyorozu. She created a pole on her arm to take the offensive, but... "Yaoyorozu! Out of bounds!" Midnight reveals that and she didn't even realise it. Yaoyorozu looked down to see her foot slid out of bounds. "Tokoyami advances to the second round!" Midnight announces him as the victor. Tokayami recalled Dark Shadow before bowing to show his respect to Yaoyorozu and leaving the stage "A completely overwhelming victory! Tokayami's Dark Shadow! Could it be the greatest Quirk ever?" Present Mic commented that their fight was another fast and overwhelming victory during the tournament. Yaoyorozu laments her defeat, knowing she was unable to showcase any of her talents. "Tokayami's too amazing. I can't believe he forced her out of bounds just by focusing his attack on the shield Yaoyorozu made." Midoriya was completely taken back by it all. "He wasn't trying to hurt her?" Ojiro was asking not completely sure, but then said that's how easy it was for him. "That was most likely part of the reason. However, I think it was because he knew she would make a shield to counteract Dark Shadow and used that fact." Rose had spoken up stating as she watched Yaoyorozu hanging her head while walking back. "I think she realised that her moves were too easy to read, not to mention she took too long thinking." "She must feel really frustrated..." Ojiro then stated after listening to Flora. "Okay, let's move on! Next up! The seventh match is a match-up between redundant Quirks!" "Not only are their Quirks and personalities the same, but so our their poses." Rose had pointed out looking up to the scene. "Manly and passionate steel! From the hero course, it's Tetsutetsu Tetsutetsu!" "All right!" He had shouted after being introduced, "Versus- Manly and passionate hardening! From the hero course, it's Eijiro Kirishima!" Kirishima seemed upset about that since the only thing that was different was their names and the steel/hardening part. "Go, Tetsutetsu!" Kendo from Class B had shouted down to him. "Get a hold of yourself." Jiro had used her Earphone Jack to wake Mineta up. "Let's start this passionate seventh match!" Both Kirishima and Tetsutetsu had charged at one another with their Quirks active before planting their feet and colliding fists. But by then, both Midoriya and Rose had left the stands. Where they had headed was the second waiting room for players, where they had found both Uraraka and Iida together. "Uraraka!" Midoriya had called out to her, them both turn around. "Deku! Flora!" She was surprised to see both Midoriya and Rose standing there. "Huh? You two don't want to watch the others' matches?" She ended up asking them that. "Most ended quickly, and now Kirishima is up against someone from Class B." Midoriya explained as the door closed behind him. "Their Quirks are basically the same so really it's just an insurance race. Whoever hardening breaks first is the loser." Rose stated that fact to them. "Then, next... soon..." Uraraka was beginning to become even more nervous. "But, we'll, I don't think even Bakugo would use a full-strength explosion on a girl..." Iida turned to Midoriya saying but "He would." But not just him but also Uraraka had their hopes crushed by Midoriya. "It makes sense, to make their dreams come true, they are trying to reach number one. Even if Bakugo's personality wasn't so warped he still won't hold back." Rose stated her opinion to them. "You've helped me so much, Uraraka." Midoriya, while saying that had lifted up a dirty burnt notepad. "That's why I thought maybe I could help you a little. A plan to use your Quirk against Kacchan- It's rough, but I came up with something." He truly was amazing. Rose had to admire that about him. "Thanks, Deku. But, it's fine." However, Uraraka had declined which did surprise both the boys in the room. "You're amazing, Deku. I keep seeing more and more amazing sides to you. During the cavalry battle, I thought it's be easier to team up with friends, but now that I think about it, I might've been trying to rely on you. That's why, when Iida said he'd challenge you, it actually made me feel a little embarrassed." She had admitted to them all standing up. "Ochaco..." It was then when she headed to the door leading out. "That's why it's fine." She came to a stop just before the door. "Everyone's facing the future and trying their hardest. That means we're all rivals, right? That's why..." Uraraka's thumb had been lifted up when she looked over to Rose and that. "Let's meet in the finals!" Despite smiling, it was clear that she was scarred and nervous as she shook. In the end, both Kirishima and Tetsutetsu's match ended in a draw and since they were unconscious and beaten pretty badly, they rematch had to be postponed go when they wake up and were covered. Rose and the others had returned back to the stands as they moved onto the next match. "Next might be the most disturbing match-up." Asui stated and she wasn't wrong about that. "I almost don't want to watch..." Jiro was rubbing her arms as if she were cold. It was then when both compare to doing it on the battle stage. "The eighth and last match of the first round! He was kind of famous in middle school! This isn't the face of a regular person! From the hero course, it's Katsuki Bakugo! Versus- She's the one I'm rooting for! From the hero course, it's Ochaco Uraraka!" They had both been introduced by Present Mic. In the stands... "Midoriya. What was the strategy you were going to tell Uraraka earlier for her to use against Bakugo?"" Iida had asked him that while leaning forwards pass Rose. "It wasn't much, really. Kacchan's strong. In real close combat fight, he has almost no openings, and the more he moves, the more he sweats, making his Explosion Quirk stronger." Mirdoriya was explained to him, remember the first combat training they had. "He can use the blasts from his explosions to move around in the air, but if Uraraka touches Kacchan and uses her Quirk to make him float, then she would have the upper hand. That's why... the first thing Uraraka should do is... a swift attack!" "Eighth match, start!" As soon as the match began Uraraka immediately dashed at Bakugo. "All right! That's good." Midoriya was pleased, stating that even if it's an accident, as long as she touches him, he'll float. "Bakugo won't want Uraraka to get close to him." Iida was just as please. "Yes, but Bakugo won't dodge but counter attack." And just as Rose had said that, the boy had did what she said. Bakugo started the fight with a right hook, setting off one of his explosions. "Uraraka!" "Did he blast her?" Mineta had asked going pale at what he just saw. "Even though you're fighting a girl, you have no mercy, do you, Bakugo?" Asui was saying but "Even if she is a girl, it shouldn't matter." Rose had spoken saying this. "Would one go easy on a villain merely because they are a girl? Would a villain do the same thing if the hero was one? No. If you go around thinking something like that then you will fail." They were quite taken back by her harsh words, but what she said did have a lot of truth behind it. It was then when something began moving in the shock caused by Bakugo's blast. He of course blasted at it only to be shocked as she that it was just her jacket. "Oh, she made her jacket float and sent it over there!? She did it in an instant, too!" Present Mic had took not of that. It was then when Uraraka had swiftly appeared from behind Bakugo. Even thought Uraraka was blown back, she remained mostly uninjured. As least that was before, out of incredible reflexes, Bakugo had blasts her away. However... "He mover after he saw her?" Sero was completely surprised. "With that reaction time, it doesn't matter if there's a smokescreen." Kaminari felt kind of jealous but bad for her, saying that unless she touches him she couldn't use her Quirk, but she was at a disadvantage with Bakugo's reflexes anyway. She rushed him once again but he blasts her again. However, despite all that she continued to pressure Bakugo, forcing him to repel her repeatedly with explosions. "Ochaco..." "I can't watch!" Jiro had covered her eyes. "Bakugo, don't tell me... your tastes tun in that direction..." Mineta was saying but it wasn't it. Uraraka was being blasted all over the place, over and over again. "Uraraka keeps attacking without rest, but... this is..." "Her substitution earlier didn't work, so she's getting desperate." There were was a Pro-Heroe in the crowd that said that from above Class A. "He is completely blind." Rose stated, having Iida and Mirdoriya looked at her a bit confused. Bakugo had once again blasted Uraraka away. "Hey, shouldn't you stop this?" "Isn't he going too far?" Some of the Heroes were asking. Uraraka didn't back down at all and dashed once again. "Hey! How can you say you want to be a hero like that!? If there's such a huge difference in your abilities, then hurry up and send her out of bounds!" A hero had shouted down at Bakugo, however, he once again blow her way when she came at him. "Stop bullying and playing with that poor girl!" "Yeah! Yeah!" This had started to casts Bakugo as a villain and start to boo him because he appears to be dominating Uraraka. All the while, Uraraka continues to attack him only to be blasted back by his explosions. "There's booing from the part of the crowd... but honestly, I also feel the sa- an elbow!? What're ya doin'!?" Present Mic had blasted off annoyed for some reason, "Was that a pro saying he's play around?" Mr. Aizawa had taken over the mic and asked. "How many years have you been a pro?" The crowd had all stopped once hearing that question. "If you're saying that with a straight face, there's no point in you watching anymore, so go home! Go him, and look into changing careers!" "Mr. Aizawa...?" Midoriya was confusion at what his teacher had said. "Bakugo is being careful because he's acknowledged the strength of his opponent who has made it this far. It's because he's doing everything he can to win that he can't go easy on her or let his guard down." It had been explained and Uraraka was still standing tall "Oh my." Rose was saying smiling down at Uraraka. "To not being able to see what was going on the entire time is an embarrassment for a pro." Her class turned to look at her. "They should have noticed that she was keeping low so that Bakugo's explosions ripped up the ground, and she used them as a weapon. The reason she used such relentless attacks was to narrow his field of vision. It was all so he wouldn't look about." She looked right up at the sky where Uraraka was floating several dozen pieces of debris into the air high above the stage. It was then that they were all released from her Quirk, effectively attacking Bakugo with a meteor shower from above. "A meteor shower?" Present Mic was completely stunned. "You should've noticed." Mr. Aizawa told him, since he knew from the beginning. "She had a desperate plan like that up her sleeve?" Midoriya was so surprised that he stood up. Uraraka had then began running towards Bakugo, as he was distracted from above. It was most likely because she believed that no matter what he does in response, she will be able to get in close and touch him. However...She was mistaken. Bakugo had lifted up his arm above him and in that moment had unleashed a massive explosion that takes everyone by surprise. He blows away all the debris at once while keeping Uraraka back at the same time. After unleashing the explosion, Katsuki's hand begins to shake and he acknowledges that it was a close call for him. "B-Bakugo delivers a satisfying explosion! He blasts boldly thought Uraraka's secret plan!" Uraraka was shocked he managed to foil her plan with one explosion. Even so, she stood up and tried to keep fighting despite betting everything on the meteor shower. As she rises, Bakugo seemed completely pleased. "All right, let's get serious then, Uraraka." He had used her real name for the first time instead of a nickname as he charged at her. However, it was clear to Rose that Uraraka has reached her limit and even when she turned around ready to face Bakugo, she slowly began to gall to the ground once again, to Bakugo surprise. "Uraraka's down!" Even so, she tried to keep fighting and crawls toward Bakugo. However, it wasn't long before she eventually passed out from exhaustion and her injuries. Midnight had walked over to her and checked the condition that Uraraka was in. "Uraraka's out of commission. Bakugo advances to the second round!"
