Large tremors was causing the tower to shake and they had been caused by that of Midoriya's attack after he had tried to rescue the professor David Shield, Melissa father. However, if it hadn't been for the Symbol of Peace leaps high above the helicopter. "It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!" He restores faith in everyone with his signature motto.
"All Might!" Melissa had restored everything to normal and she was looking up at her uncle with delight.
"I'll have you give my friend back, you villain!" All Might soars through the helicopter, rescuing David and sending the villains to their fiery demise all in one motion.
"Papa... Papa!" Melissa had ran over to them both, worried for her father that had been shot before.
"Me... Melissa..." He had stretched out his arm to touch her face.
"It's fine now." All Might was telling his old friend.
"I'm glad." Midoriya was sighing in relief, although he was covered in injuries.
"All Might... I..." David tries to apologize to All Might but a metal pillar appears from the smoldering remains of the crashed helicopter. It had hit both the hero and the professor
"All Might!" Midoriya shouted out to his teacher panicked.
"Papa!" But at the same time, the villain Wolfram had ended up capturing David in a metal casing.
"That Sam... He said that All Might's Quirk  was declining and that he didn't have a power he once had." The villain had com thing over his head.
"He's using... the professors..." And it had been David's Quirk Amplification device which was boosting his Quirk exponentially.
"You don't know when to give up, huh?" The No. 1 Hero tries to silence the villain. "Taxes... Smash!" but Wolfram proves far more powerful than before.
"All Might!" Midoriya had being shocked that the punch hadn't gone through.
"What do you call that?" And Wolfram uses his enhanced powers. "As expected of something by David Shield." The roof was coming apart and transforming around the villain. "I can feel that my Quirk is getting revitalised." It was pretty much the picture of hell made of scrap metal. "This is good. This thing is great!.
"T-This is David's..." All Might couldn't believe his eyes.
"It's the power of the device Papa made..." Melissa was watching metal still flying over towards the villain.
"Now, in order to raise the price of this device, I don't we have a demonstration of how it can blow All Might away?" And with that being said Wolfram began to attack All Might that was dodging each of the attacked that came at him and had tried to go in for an attack, only to be nearly crushes under the weight of a steel barrage. Melissa had been sent flying from the blast but out of nowhere
"Hundert Blumen..." A hundred arms had began to sprout out from a single area. "...Riesiger Baum!" (Hundred Flowers: Huge Tree) which had created a mass of hand that stood high behind Melissa. "Grab!" She had flew right into the large hand and was safe from harm
"This Quirk..." The young woman turned around to look below where she could see the owner of those arms, Rose.

"Rose!" And she hadn't been alone as out of nowhere the pillars had been frozen by ice.
"Go to hell!" And Bakugo appeared basting at the villain who had pulled up a wall to protect himself. "How can you get beaten up by such a damn lame last boss? Huh, All Might!?" The young man had shouted down at the No. 1 hero as he was in pain from using his Quirk too much.
"While you can... the villains..." Todoroki was speaking as his flames were going off beside Rose.
"Todoroki! Everyone!" And everyone had made it to the roof, relatively alright.
"We'll take on the lumps of metal!" Kirishima had shouted ready to go,
"Yaoyorozu, Moriyama, take care of things here!" Iida had shouted before taking off.
"Right!"
"Richtig!" Both had said ready.
"Right! When my students so motivated, I can't be held back by some stupid limits!" All Might send inspired as the metal pillar began to crack under the pressure of him pushing back. "I need to past my limits, and go beyond!" While at the same time, the guys were ripping through the other pillars. "That's right Plus Ultra!" And All Might had broken free, dashing for Wolfram breaking through the pillars that had freed themselves from Todoroki's ice, attacking the man. The teacher was pushing pass his limits without stopping and closing in. "California..." He pulled his arms across above his shoulders. "...Smash!" And had swung them back with full force. Which had caused an after shock, sending bits and pieces flying.
"Hundert Blumen!" (Hundred Flowers) Rose's arms had began to sprout out. "Defense!" They had sprouted in a crisscross fashion, that had created giant net-like structure made from her arms. Using this, Rose had block the rubble being sent flying. Though the rubble hit her arms directly, she apparently did not show any signs of pain as she protected those not fighting.
"Prepare yourself, villain!" Just when it seems like the No. 1 Hero is gaining the upper hand, Wolfram traps him with metal wires. The hero's throat had been grabbed and out of nowhere a surprise Muscle Augmentation Quirk appeared.
"Rose, can you do something?!" Uraraka was asking
"He's too far." She had stated sprouting arms from her real ones. And even if he hadn't been so far away what could she even do with these small limbs. There was so much that Hundert Blumen: Riesiger Baum (Hundred Flowers: Huge Tree) could do. No one was able to get close to the pair as they were also running out of steam. But then all couldn't do anything as they watched Wolfram crushes All Might under a torrent of scrap metal.
"All Might!" His students watched in horror as the metal had been impaled
"Uncle Might!" However, someone appeared from nowhere and that had been Midoriya that instincts kick in and he breaks the iron prison apart in time to save All Might.
"Deku!" Uraraka and Rose had shouted out since the young man had come crashing down. However, it seemed that he was fine as...
"Worthless little brat! You're nothing better than trash!" Wolfram began to gather metal together. "You don't know when to give up!" And sent them flying down at All Might and Midoriya that were dashing for him together.
"You're the one who doesn't!" But Bakugo had interfered, using his explosion to take them other. But Wolfram had sent pillars of metal flying down at them.
"I won't let you!" And this time it had been Todoroki, who had stopped them as he sent a wave of ice to block the path.
"Out of my way!" It seemed to have angered the villain as he had tried to take out the students. Rose had gotten Yaoyorozu and that out if the way before the pillars had come crashing down at them. While All Might and Midoriya were racing into the heat of battle, rushing pass an endless iron assault from their foe.
"What... is that?" Uraraka was looking up at Wolfram's last-ditch effort in forming his metal into a massive iron cube large enough to crush the tower.
"I'll crush you and the tower!" But at the same time All Might and Midoriya go beyond their limits and break through the cube with a smash.
"Go...!" Rose and Uraraka screamed at the top of her lungs,
"All Might!" Yaoyorozu had Jiro cheered
"Midoriya!" Iida, Kirishima, and Mineta cried out.
"Get him!" Had been Todoroki and Bakugo. The U.A. students cheer on their heroes to victory.
"Go..."
"...beyond!"
"Plus... Ultra!" All Might and Midoriya chanted the time long motto of U.A., as they finish the villain off with twice the full might. It had been amazingly watch ask, at last, the heroes are victorious and the scrap metal hell disintegrates into dust.
"Did they do it?" Iida could in ask.
"They did it..." but Mineta was sighing in relief. "They finished off the villain!"
"Yes!"
"All right!" The students were overwhelmed with joy at the day being saved. They were pretty much jumping around shouting loudly. But they soon took off running to find their heroes, which they spotted Midoriya standing along side Melissa.
"Deku!" Uraraka was shouting over to him, to get their attention. "Melissa!" Along with the young woman.
"You did it, Midoriya!" They could see their friends looking up to them.
"Are you two okay?" Iida was in panic mode though.
"We're fine! All Might and the professor are fine, too!" Midoriya was shouting over to inform them.
"Are you all okay?" Melissa was shouting over to them, asking.
"We're fine!" But they were all fine.
"That sure was one way to spend the first week of summer vacation." Todoroki had stated, looking to Rose beside him.
"True." Who was smiling at him. "But this is one summer vacation I'll never forget."
