"How's Cebu so far?" Tanong ng pinsan kong si Lau.
"The coffee was good."
"Yon lang? How about the beaches, ladies in swimsuits, and the parties at night with bonfires and loud music?"
"I don't know. Not interested." Sagot ko.
"Aw. What a boring vacation..."
"Coffee is life, couz? After Prescy, you forgot to enjoy life anymore." Saad naman ni Rick.
"That was what? Five years ago?"
Nagkibit-balikat lang ako. I'm not here to look for a fling or a girlfriend. I'm here to visit and enjoy Cebu. Mag-iisang taon na ako dito sa Pilipinas. I've visited almost all the beautiful tourist attraction in the country. Last month, we went to El Nido and Coron, Palawan. By next month, we are planning for a mountain hiking.
America's life is far different here in the Philippines but I'm not bored yet. I'm receiving more proposals and offers of endorsement and modelling stints. I was referred by my cousin, Aliyah, who is a model herself.
I really don't know what to do in life yet so I grabbed the opportunities since the people around me said I'm good at it. I finished my course in Business Management but I don't feel like working in our family business. For now, I'll try modelling.
Hihigop sana ako ng kape nang mapatingin sa isang mesa na nasa pinakadulong bahagi ng cafe kung nasaan kami ngayon. We're planning to go for a night swimming later. Kagagaling lang naming nag-jogging sa obstacle course at ang cafe na ito ang pinakamalapit. So we dropped by for a cup of coffee.

Pinasadahan ko ang kabuuan ng katawan niya habang nakaupo sa single sitter na sofa. Petite but she's sitting the sexy way. Lalo pa at naka-maong shorts siya, giving her legs the perfect view. But she looks like she's waiting for someone.
"Kape ka ng kape. Yong mga nagkakape pa naman daw nananatiling single forever." pasaring ni Lau.
"Nagsabi?" takang tanong ni Rick.
"Si kuya Jerry nga nagdedextrose ng kape, bakit may girlfriend?" Saad ko.
"Malamang! Nag-Law ba naman! Panong di gagawing tubig yong kape. Saka magjojowa talaga yon para inspired mag-aral." katwiran ni Lau.
"So, kailangan mo ding mag-Law." Susog ni Rick.
"Magpapari na lang ako." Biro ko.
"Lupit mo." Nagkantyawan sila.
"Kaya mo yon? Oath of celibacy?"
"Ikaw magiging cause of sin ng lahat ng madre sa simbahan, couz." Biro ni Rick kaya nagtawanan kaming lahat.
"I've already started at Elite." Pagbubukas ko.
"Elite? The modelling agency where Aliyah works?" Tumango ako sa tanong ni Lau.
"Nagpropose na yong abogadong boyfriend non eh. Malamang magfu-fulltime wife na yon."
