Ryan came back after 7-10 minutes. I watched him rapidly getting out of the cottage putting his jacket back on. He tripped over himself a couple of time and looking all adorable and nerd, he bashed with a boy and they almost fell. I heard the boy squealing,
"What's up, man?"And Ryan gave him his own sorry look which definitely made the boy forgive him. I doubted he was ever mad at Ryan; Ryan seemed like an unparalleled magic who could not have been more than a year old child. As he managed to pass the crowd and enter the lake-side, he started turning head as quickly as possible which seemed like he was trying to find a treasure- which was unexpectedly and dreamingly me.
When he figured out that I was standing right where he last saw me with a tensed face, he started running- towards me of course, unexpectedly and dreamingly.I neither said anything nor did anything until he caught up with me.
"You were dying a minute ago. And now you're an athlete."
I said with a serious, deep voice. He laughed and stretched his head as he caught his breath.
"Now don't tell me you already died inside the cottage."
I said, giving him an unbelievable look and shaking my head in disappointment."I died!"
He nodded and grinned showing his teeth.I had to shake my head again.
"Don't give me that you're-always-a-disappointment look, Kitty Cat!"
He laughed hard."You ARE a disappointment. One moment you are dying for some unknown reason. And on the next one, you're running like Usain Bolt. And on the next one, you're dead."
"I'm dead?"
He said as he gently threw himself onto the bench beside us."You just said you are."
"I had to give you a takeable answer, you know!"
"That's not takeable. What are you now if you're dead?"
He dabbed on the part of the bench beside him, signifying me to sit there. I stared at him.
"What?"
He asked."Never had I been so surprised."
He chuckled, kept pointing.
I exhaled out of disappointment and sat. Despite being surprised, I realised I was similarly relieved that he was alright- way more alright that I imagined he would be."And who's that Usain guy?"
He asked."Come on. Really?"
I said as I turned my head to him.Ryan grinned.
"Well, he's the fastest runner in this world. If I don't bring the concept of aliens, then he's THAT hell of a person who can run across this whole planet called Earth in 2 months and 9 days approximately."
I said, pretending to show Usain Bolt up.He cringed his face.
"Ohhh! You should've told me Usain was a falcon's name!""Seriously Ryan? Don't insult him! He could run over you and practically meat you and then eat you."
I smiled."Then your Usain falcon is a Neanderthal!"
"Ah stop!"
I waved my hand, pretending to wave him away.
"He's more Homosapien than you can ever be!""Well!"
He placed his elbows on his thighs which supported his body up. He, then, looked at me with his right hand on his right cheek.
"Guess I don't wanna be a Homosapien."
