Earth-8504 a world in the multiverse that isn't too dissimilar from our own, but more technologically advanced. This world has its own avengers as well. However this world didn't have a spider-man... well that was until now.
I arrived at Jerry's after stopping a store front robbery and saw Gwen waiting for me in a booth.
I walked over and said, "sorry I'm late, I uh lost track of time."
Gwen: no worries I got here a few minutes ago myself.
"So uh what did you want to talk about?"
Gwen: Well I was curious about you. I mean a private detective as father and cat burglar as a mother. You're life can't be normal.
"Right, just so you know, no I'm not like my mother."
Gwen: wasn't why I brought you here, but I do have another question, why do you always seem to be wearing those sunglasses?
"Oh uh they're prescription, basically I didn't just want to wear normal glasses so I thought well might as well make them look like sunglasses."
I really hope she buys that.
"So uh you know about my family how about yours?"
Gwen: my dad's the captain of the police department and my mom isn't with us anymore.
"Sorry for you're loss."
Gwen: it's fine I'm already over it, but I was wondering why is that Calian guy requesting that he's interviewed only by you?
"No idea, maybe because I was the first person outside of his tribe to be kind to him or something? How he knows my name though I don't know."
Gwen: you know Y/n you're quite the strange one. You're always late to things, you're half asleep all day and yet you still manage to be a top student. What are you?
"Who knows, maybe I'm a mutant."
Gwen chuckled at my joke, much to my surprise and she said, "nope, you're far to strange to be one of those."
2 hours later
I arrived at the police interrogation room and saw Calian there. A man then walked up to me and said, "you're Y/n Furnell right?"

???: my name is George Stacy and I'm the Captain of the NYPD. I assume that my daughter has told you about me.
"She has mr. Stacy it's great to meet you."
Mr. Stacy: listen this is a little unorthodox, but I assume that Jameson told you how to conduct this interview.
"Yep I have gone through that lecture."
Mr. Stacy: well then I'll be in that room with you to ensure that nothing happens.
"You got it."
We walked in and I sat down and said, "good to see you again, Calian is your name right?"
