REGGIE finds Jess curled up on the window sill of an empty art studio. He had never been in the room when he was alive, but he always knew it existed. The walls are covered in paints and chalk, almost like graffiti while canvases are set up across the floor.

Unfortunately, his poof into the room makes Jess look up. "Hey," she says with a small smile as she closes her notebook. "What brings you to my domain?" She motions to the room. "Never thought I'd see a Sunset Curve member in here."

The sun outlines her from behind the window. Reggie can see why the girl likes it in here: the room itself gives off a calming aura. Nothing is impossible in this room. "Thought I'd come say hi," he replies as he walks over and pulls himself onto the sill next to her. She tucks her legs underneath her as she leans forward to listen. "Luke is practicing, Alex is with Justin, and I thought I'd come see what you're up to."

"Really?" She tucks a strand of hair behind her ear. "That's nice of you." After a moment, her smile drops. "Wait, you said Alex is with Justin?"

     He nods.

She squeals and claps her hands together. "Yay!" She cheers quietly before pumping a fist into the air. "Justin's been wanting to spend time with him. Aw, this is perfect!" She grabs onto Reggie's arm before looking down at her hand in shock and pulling away. "Sorry, I just got excited."

"Nothing to be sorry for." The area her hand had covered suddenly feels cold without her there. "Whatcha drawing?"

"I'm touching up my new drawing of you guys," she says as she presses the notebook to her chest. "You're not getting another early peek."

"Oh, come on! Please?" Reggie whines, but Jess only shakes her head. "I thought I was your favorite."

Her cheeks grow red. "I-I never said that. What if Alex is my favorite?"

"I doubt it." He winks. He doesn't know why, but a flash of pleasure waves over him when Jess' cheeks somehow get redder as she looks away, biting her bottom lip. "Well, if you won't show me that, do you mind explaining something to me?"

He is almost surprised he asked. This could backfire spectacularly.

She tilts her head to the side as the notebook disappears from her hands. "Depends."

     "It does involve moving."

     "Moving where?"

Reggie hops off the windowsill and offers her a hand. Jess looks at it and gulps before taking it with her right hand and jumping down to the ground, stumbling into his chest. Her eyes widen as she takes a step back, awkwardly dusting off his jacket with a muttered apology.
