"Well, I bet your's is better than mine."

"LOOK, don't worry, guys. Willie said he'd get us on that marquee," Alex explains as the four ghosts step up to the doors of the Orpheum. Jess had never actually been there, so she stares at the place in wonder.

Reggie purses his lips. "This is gonna work, right?"

"It has to," Luke says before all three double over in pain from another jolt.

Being closest to Reggie, Jess' hands wrap around his middle, pressing softly as he groans in her grip. The guys whine in pain as they slowly begin to straighten up; when Reggie notices Jess' hands, he clears his throat with wide eyes, not that she really notices.

"Hey, you guys ok?" Willie's voice makes them all turn. Jess drops her hands with a small blush on her cheeks. Instead of looking at Reggie, she wrings her fingers together as embarrassment swims through her gut.

"Yeah," Alex rasps. "Yeah, it's nothing we haven't felt before. How'd it go?"

"Well, when that opening band wakes up, they're gonna find their bus 200 miles outside of Vegas," He turns around to show off the now deserted band's jacket. "with no chance of getting back in time."

Luke giggles as he and Willie do a bro handshake, not that Jess will ever understand. What happened to just a handshake? Or a high five? "And that means there's probably a promotor upstairs right about now freaking out," Luke says.

"Nah. This is Hollywood, man," Willie replies. "I'm sure he's being very professional."

As the ghost boy laughs, Alex chances a step forward. Seeing this, Luke motions for Jess and Reggie to move away with a small grin. "Let's give them some space," he says.

Jess frowns, narrowing her eyes at Willie who does not notice as he stares at Alex. When he does get a glimpse of her, she points to her eyes, then at him intimidatingly only for Reggie to step in front of her. "Hey—"

"They're having a moment!" Reggie exclaims.

"I'm rooting for someone else," Jess replies. "Plus, he did sort of let you guys get sucked into Caleb's madness." When Reggie rolls his eyes, Jess just shrugs. "I'm just stating facts. Justin never did that."

     "Justin?" Reggie echoes.

Luke snorts, covering his mouth with the back of his hand as Jess says, "Yeah. Justin."
