"Good Morning. I am Peachy Sanchez. The new adviser of the USG. I'm here to let you know my platforms." Sir Peachy said in a low and mannered voice.
All the officers were gathered here because of this guy. The said-to-be-new-adviser of the University Student Government.
He glance at his watch and snapped his fingers. Seriously, nakaka-annoy yung mannerism nya.
"Okay. Now I would like to discuss our program for this coming February 14." He retorted.
"Wait." I cut through. All eyes are on me.
"We don't conduct programs on February 14." I complained.
Sir Peachy just gave me an insulting grin.
Well, I can do better than that so I raised one brow at him.
"Well, mag ka-conduct na tayo ngayon." He said firmly.
"What?" I looked at all the other officers pero parang ayos lang sa kanila.
"This is stupid." I said in a dismayed tone.
"In fact. We'll be doing a stage play about true love." Sabi ni Sir Peachy na medyo kinikilig pa not considering my complain.
"I'm out." I stood up from my chair but Sir Peachy pulled my right arm.
"Oops. Everyone is included here." He winked at me. Tinanggal ko agad yung braso ko sa kamay nya.
"Come on guys, kelan ba huling nag perform ang USG officers sa isang program?" He asked, trying to convince everyone.
But nobody answered dahil subukan lang nila mag agree at ipa-pakulam ko sila.
"Gusto kong main character si Mr. Drake Sawyer." Sir Peachy ordered looking for Drake.
Itinaas agad ni Drake ang kamay nya.
I rolled my eyes and massaged my left temple with my left hand.
Juice ko. This is getting out of control.
"Kasi ipo-portray natin ang pag-mamahalan ng dalawang tao na susubukang sirain ng isang insekyorang babae. Gusto ko si Ranielle yun." Sir Peachy concluded looking at me with those disgusting eyes.
I opened my mouth and widened my eyes looking straight at him.
"No way." I said sitting properly
But Sir Peachy just glared at me.
I crossed my arms and leaned on my chair. This is stupid. Pinag-isipan nya ba 'to?
Bakit kasi di na lang tumapat sa halloween yung pagdating nya para sakto yung mukha nya sa theme.
"There's no way I'm playing this stupid play." I said with strong conviction.
"Sir, si Ranielle na lang yung leading lady ko please." Drake suddenly suggested.
Mas napangiwe ako sa sinabi nya. Sige insekyorang babae na lang ako. Okay na ko dun!
"Is that so?" He said looking at me.
"Okay lang po?" Drake looked at me and then to Sir Peachy.
"Okay. Para mas ma-portray natin yung love, dapat partners in real life talaga ang gaganap." He said.
"What?" I complained. "We're not even—"
"Enough complaining. Si Elsa na lang yung antagonist, si Brenan yung kanang kamay and then..."
He continued talking but I got so full of annoyance. Nakakainis. This is something I never wanted. Kung si Gene lang sana yung nandito...
"Bae. Partner ta'yo. This is fate I guess." Drake said walking beside me.
