He had a lot of hair traveling at the side of his face which stopped at his chin and his eyes were golden in colour. I blinked twice to see if I was seeing right and not because my glucose levels were low, because his face looked a bit disfigured. He was a werewolf. He looked exactly like how people in Beacon hills described a werewolf to be. His body was trembling from anger as he let out a loud and voracious roar. He was like a volcano ready to explode. He slowly rolled his neck and then approached me with a slow walk causing me to back up without breaking eye contact with him. My entire body was now trembling from fear, I didn't want to die at least not like this I didnt even start my own franchise. I still had so many things to do I didn't even make a will.
He began running towards me which instantly made my survival instincts to take over and before I knew it my feet began running in the opposite direction from the monster . The adrenaline was now overwhelming demanding me to push beyond my normal stamina, but I kept on turning back to see how far he was....he was definitely catching up to me after all you can't outrun a werewolf so I began screaming for help as I ran, in hope someone would hear, but no one came.
I could feel my legs turning into jelly refusing to take another step further, but I was forced myself which caused me to trip on my own legs. My instant reaction was putting my hands in front of my body to reduce the force at which I hit the ground. At this point I knew I was going to die so despite the pain I pushed my body up to kneel on my knees and folded my hands in prayer as I titled my head towards the sky and began praying. Shortly afterwards I felt something move above me so I impulsively flung my eyes open and I could saw a belly of a black werewolf jump over me. The minute it landed on the floor in a protective stance in front of me. It snarled at the werewolf causing the werewolf so halt as it got in fighting position and snarled back at the wolf.
They slowly began to walk around in circles as if they were boxers in a boxing ring. The black wolf looked calmed almost as if he had done this a hundred times before. But for some reason I don't think he was a normal wolf because he had a red iris and this intelligent look in his eyes. His gaze remained fixed on the werewolf almost calculating the werewolfs next step, before I knew they both the werewolf and the wolf lunged at each other causing a loud sound to emit from their collision. Not even a minute passed before the wolf snapped the werewolfs body and tossed it the other side.
The werewolf was now motionless A murder had just taken place right in front of my eyes. The wolf then turned towards me and slowly approached me as I scrambled away from him in fear which made me eventually crash my back against the wall I then hugged my knees against my chest hoping for some sort of protection from this wolf. The tears that fell out of my eyes could cure a drought in some countries, however, once the wolf reached my foot he leaned down and placed his head on his paws as he let out a little whimper.
Even though the wolf showed all signs of submission I was still afraid of it, so I tucked my legs further away and sniffed in a manner that was not lady like and then the hiccups started to come in between my tears making me cry more. The wolf backed up slowly and in front of my eyes I saw him turn into Derek. In front of my EYES....IN FRONT OF ME!!
Derek is a werewolf to. OMG. I think he might kill me because I was rude to him..yes, he could do that, definitely he could do that.
I always knew he had an affinity for evil. He slowly approached me, and he raised his hands and at first I thought he was going to hit me so I flinched away from him as I closed my eyes but instead I was rewarded with a soft touch on my cheek that cautiously guided my face to him and then he took my trembling hands in his while caressing it lightly in a comforting manner and said "You are safe now" I slowly opened my eyes and I could see concern plastered all over his face.
He kept his eyes locked on mine and used one hand to hold both of my trembling hands as he used the other hand to wipe my tears away and whispered "Angel's dont cry"
I wanted to go home but I could not because behind Derek I could see the carcass that laid there, it was almost as if fear had stopped all transmissions to my brain, I could not move a single muscle. I think Derek knew that too because he took hold of my hands and wrapped it around his neck then gently slide his hands underneath my knees in order to lifted me up as if I was weightless, I buried my head deeper into his neck as he provided me with comfort at this moment, an undeniably soft comfort that made me sleepy.
