Cayde's P.O.V:
We finished with the Crucible. We have the rest of the day to do everything we wish. The other 4 and Lord Shaxx have been told about our relationship. Now, me and my Girlfriend do the strike " The Glassway " on Europa. Alone. She has done it thousands of times, she knows what to expect and how to handle everything. I have nothing to be afraid of.
" 123, 124, 125. " She says counting the enemies she had killed.
Well, I was a little behind. When she was at 70, I was at 55, so I accidentally stopped counting.
We were at the last stage. Belmon, the big black hydra ( The one in the picture ), is almost dead.
" Pitty, I want more. " I commend loudly and then sigh.
" We can do an other one, if this is what you want. " She suggests throwing her dagger at an enemy.
" No, it's a little late, Zavala and Ikora will be worried. " I answer killing an enemy who is shooting at her.
" Ok, I will end him, you stay here and kill all those vex. " She says putting her gun at its place and grabbing her sword.
" Ok, but be careful. " I tell her activating my solar super and taking out some enemies with my golden gun.
" Of course. " She assures me becoming invisible.
I kill more enemies. I don't know where she is, I can't see her. And then I see it. She appears in front of Belmon and slays him with her sword. The vex start shooting at her, I throw a grenade clearing a path and she uses it to come back.
" See ? It worked. " She says happily.
" And you almost die. " I retort.
" Ohh, come on Cayde, we are guardians. " She remarks and pulls out her special grenade launcher. " Now watch and admire. " She adds patting my arm.
She runs and pulls the trigger. The grenade kills 10 vex at once. She does it again and again until they are all gone.
I am speechless. My girlfriend is really soo powerful. And the other guardians call her like that. This will be changed.
The vex milk in the center disappears and the loot takes its place. I let her go first. She touches a weapon.
" Cayde. I finally got it ! The Sweet Business is finally mine ! " She screams excited.
" Indeed. " I say and come closer. I see the weapon. I never liked it but it does its work well. Now I am standing behind her.
" The rest is nothing particular. Who cares about rare armor." She commends and turns.
She is looking at me. Our faces inches away. I take off my helmet. She does the same. I hug her. She rests her head on my chest. We stay like this for a while.
" Let's go home. " I say letting her go.
" Let's go home. " She repeats and calls her ghost.
