Reader's P.O.V:
I am awoken by a kiss on my lips. I open my eyes to see Cayde kissing me. I kiss him back making him moan.
We stayed like this for a while until I broke the kiss breathless.
" Good morning honey. " He says hugging me.
I rest my head on his chest. His blue powerful chest.
" Good morning love. " I respond smiling.
" Sooo, any special plans for today or I decide ? " He asks.
" I thought that we would stay on the bed. " I answer surprised of his words.
He laughs.
" I would love to but ... Zavala wouldn't approve. " Cayde remarks.
" Who cares ? " I retort and add : " I was out for 1 week, I need to make it up. ".
He laughs more. I love seeing him so glad.
" Maybe an other time. Now he have work. Unfortunately. " He whispers kissing my forehead.
" Very well, let's go and have everything done as fast as possible. " I say and get up.
We got up, had a shower ( together ), dressed, did the rest of our morning routine, had breakfast and then went to the Tower ( still together !!! ).
My small hand in his big one. Well, we received a lot of confused and inquisitive looks but we didn't mind.
We separated. Unfortunately. But, duty is beyond everything, right ?
So, I decided to run some vanguard operations like strikes and battlegrounds.
I would love to be with him on the Tower or being with him doing missions like during the Red War.

I finished my bounties from Zavala and Banshee. Time ? 8 o'clock. A bit late. Cayde is gonna kill me.
I enter the Hangar. Walk towards the place he usually is. I wave at Amanda and see that Cayde is not at his usual spot.
" Where is he ? " I inquire.
" He left 3 hours ago. " Amanda answers.
" Have any idea where did he go ? " I ask her again.
" No clue. " She replies patting my shoulder and giving me a sad smile.
I thank her and leave. Where the hell did he go ?
My ghost speaks inside my head What if he went for spicy ramen?
Right. Of course. The answer was in front of me the whole time.
Now, I am outside the shop. I look inside at the tables. I can see lots of guardians, some of them friends but no Cayde.
I call out my ghost.
" What do you want guardian ? " He asks.
" Call him. " I answer going towards my apartment.
My ghost calls him. He doesn't answer.
" That's weird. " He states.
" Maybe he has work and he can't ? Or Zavala told him off because of a prank that he did or something kinda ? " I guess and sigh.
I open the door, enter my house and lock it. I leave the keys on a table nearby and go the bedroom. I dismount my armor and have a shower. I finish, wear my pyjamas and fall asleep.
