Day after the club auditions, RM, Jin oppa, my wife Jisoo, and I are here at the student council's office to discuss and polish our school activities for the whole year. Yep. That's right. We have our own office.

RM: So let's start? Any update on our suggestion box?
This year, we placed a suggestion box in one area so that other students can give their ideas.
Jin oppa, being the elected secretary read all the suggestions from the students. Most of it was the regular activities of our school. But, there is one suggestion that struck us the most. It was a charity event.
RM: Okay. So let's consider the charity event. It's a great idea, it aims not just to teach the students to help others but to reach out the less fortunate also.
Jisoo: I agree, but we should plot it first to see if we won't get out of our budget.
This school year, the management challenged us with money management. Therefore, we can't give our own money to raise our budget. They said that it's time to know how to maximize it well.
RM: Okay, good point. Let's start plotting. First, let's allocate our budget to our school clubs.
Jin: So we have art, basketball, dance, drama, film, and music.
Jin read all the proposed plan submitted to him by the club heads.
Jin: For art, they are planning to have an art exhibit and contest. They will need art materials and stuff. Basketball club will need new jersies and training outfits for the upcoming sportsfest. The film/photography club will need to replace some of their equipment. This is urgent since they have to start in filming and taking pictures for our academe. The dance club are planning to have a dance battle and concert. Individual and group. Of course they'll need sound system, lights, and cash. The music club has the same idea with the dance.... And last but not the least, is the drama club. They're planning to have a theatre performance this year. Same as dance and music clubs, they're requesting for sounds, lights, and costume.
RM: Jennie, how's our budget?
Jennie: We're half the budget already.
Jin: We have lots of activities not listed here yet. The annual field trip, the prom, the school fair, and our charity events.
RM: Aish. We have to think of other ways.
Jennie: Why don't we have a big concert this year involving the drama, dance and music club? With that, we can lessen our expense and allocate it to other expenses.
RM: Good job, Jennie. We can also give them a concert for a cause. All students, even outsiders can watch and avail the tickets.
Jin: Wait, I'll take note of that. Okay, so concert for a cause of the three clubs.
