He knelt in front of me which I gasped. All eyes were looking at us. Cameras started flashing. I heard people whispering.
Anthony grabbed a small black box inside his pocket and opened it. A pair of gold moon-shaped earrings were revealed.
"Will you go to the gala with me?"
I chuckled. "Of course!"
He grinned a mile wide and stood up to hug me. I hugged him back. Everyone clapped and whistled. After eating dinner, we walked around BGC and took pictures as planned.
"Thanks, Anthony! I had a fun night!"
"Same here!"
"Now, off you go! Baka mag away na naman kayo ni Cyne dahil sa akin," pabiro kong sabi. Tumawa siya. I went off the car and waved as he drives off.
"Ma'am Irene, gising na. Pupunta na tayo sa hotel."
I opened my eyes and saw Theresa.
"Anong oras na?"
"Alas kwatro ng umaga. Kailangan na natin pumunta sa hotel. Nandoon na rin si Ma'am Farah."
Tumango ako at bumangon na. When Anthony dropped me off and I was alone in my condo I thought about Ral and his message that's why I slept late.
"Anong oras ka ba hinatid pabalik ni Anthony? Nakita ko sa Instagram niya, sinurpresa ka niya pala."
Umiling lamang ako at pumasok na sa bathroom upang mag half bath. After that, I wore an oversized shirt and a pair of sweatpants. Kinuha ko ang aking Dior tote bag at nilagay lahat ng mga gamit ko doon. I followed Theresa from behind as we walked to the elevator. Humikab ako habang naghihintay nitong bumukas.
"Matulog ka nalang sa hotel pag dating natin. Mamayang alas dose pa naman dadating ang glam team."
I nodded. The door opened and my eyes widened when I saw Ral, Gavin, and Kowen inside. Parang nawala ang antok ko dahil sa nakita. Theresa walked inside and smirked at me.
"Ma'am, anong ginagawa mo dyan? Pasok na," she said teasingly.
Inirapan ko siya bago pumasok sa elevator. It was so awkward the whole ride and it became worse when Theresa decided to speak. She turned around to see the boys.
"Hi! Ikaw si Ral Castino diba?"
"Uh-huh. Nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you too! I'm Theresa by the way, Irene's personal assistant. You guys know Irene Dy right?"
