"I'm home," Jennie mutters, leaving her shoes in the shoe rack before entering their dorm, eyes anxiously roaming around, while Chaeyoung and Jisoo are both on the floor, playing with Dalgom.

"You made it," Jisoo smiles at her, thankfully not mentioning how terrible Jennie looked. Or maybe the make up did its work of concealing how pale and sleepless she actually is.

She hasn't slept for more than 5 hours in two days.

"After basically nagging at me to go straight here instead of my house for the last 24 hours, you look surprised I listened to you."

Still pretty savage, this walking zombie.

"Lisa's at her apartment but I managed to catnap this cutie," Chaeyoung said, and when Jennie got closer she realizes she has Lili in her lap. The cat was blocked from her view because of the table in the middle.

Her shoulders slouching, Jennie sits beside her, stroking Lili's back. She misses her own Lili too.

Her eyes flew to the door when the doorbell rung, her heartbeat rising. She didn't even realize the two were staring at her silently all this time.

"Must be the delivery guy. I ordered chicken," Jisoo explained briefly as she stood up.

"Oh," Jennie nodded, somewhat feeling disappointed though she should be relieved.

Of course, Lisa would go straight inside if it was her.

Chaeyoung's hand was then on top of hers, squeezing her hand lightly. Jennie smiled appreciatively, though the corner of her lips felt too heavy.

Jisoo came back with the chicken while Jennie excused herself to get rid of her make up and get changed first into her sleepwear. When she came back, the food was still untouched and Jisoo was pouting under Chaeyoung's glare.

And also, there's bottles of soju in the table. Jennie's brow arched.

"Aren't your livers suffering enough, Park Chaeyoung?"

"Oh, underestimating them is something you shouldn't do," the Australian said, wriggling her brows.

"I swear she drinks more than both my parents combined these days," Jisoo murmurs to Jennie who sat beside her.

"Alcohol helps when writing," the tallest shrugs, citing the reason why she's being too productively lately with her upcoming solo album.

Jennie smiled proudly at her, and when her eyes went to the box of fried chicken, she suddenly felt hungry. She hummed in delight, finally having something to fill her stomach.

"God, you look like you haven't eaten for days," Jisoo mutters while grabbing a wing, "How many times will I have to remind you not to skip any single meal, Jennie Ruby Jane Kim?"

"You sound like Lisa," Chaeyoung blurts out right after sipping on her drink, instantly regretting it when she saw how Jennie went still, her eyes deep in thought and sadness.

Jisoo dilated her eyes at the blonde, lip-mouthing some words that the latter did not understand but somehow knew she's being scolded.

Suddenly, Jennie grabbed an empty shot glass and a bottle of soju.
