A/N: Hi! Last update was Oct 2021 lmao. Almost 4 years now, so I tried to give more context in this chapter about the previous events. Let's catch up altogether (hope someone's still there lol)

"You're so busy these days," Jennie snuggles closer to the Thai as they sit side by side on the couch in the studio, while Lisa lifted her arm so she could wrap it around the other girl's shoulders.

"We still have to finalize the choreographies tonight, I'm so sorry baby."

Teddy puts on some headphone that is connected to the computer, obviously pulling the volumes up as he resumed editing Lisa's newly recorded part. These days he was getting used to this kind of Jennie and Lisa. Not that he isn't happy for them, but a single guy can only handle so much cringing because of another couple.

"Yes!" Jisoo stretches both arms in the air as if she won something.

Come to think of it, she really did. The couple narrowed their eyes at their member, who stretched out her hand while Rosé scoffs, getting her purse and bringing out one of her credit cards. "I'll get it back tomorrow Unnie."

"Okay, what was the bet this time?" Jennie raises a brow, her one leg over Lisa's, her arms wrapped on the girl's torso.

"How long it will take Teddy oppa to put on his headphones to tune you two out," Jisoo proudly says. The last time they had a bet was when Jennie and Lisa came to meet them during Lisa's birthday. The couple had huge plastered smiles on their faces so the other two instantly knew they made up-- and made out, or maybe more than that but their members didn't have to imagine anything. Long story short, Jisoo predicted they'd be back together for sure on Lisa's birthday.

"You know the rules Unnie, no buying the chicken restaurant," Rosé reminds Jisoo, sadly eyeing her credit card that is now in Jisoo's hand.

"Maybe I can buy the whole chicken farm with this-"

"Unnie!" Rosé whines, knowing there's no limits to Jisoo's decisions in life.

Lisa shook her head, turning to Jennie instead of listening to the two banter. Her lips circled up seeing Jennie's close up smile while watching their members.

"You are staring again," Jennie mutters with a smile, then shifts her gaze to Lisa.

"My girlfriend has the prettiest smile in the world, so why wouldn't I?" Lisa smiles wider.

"Your girlfriend wants to cook for you on a romantic dinner, she's asking when will you be free?" Jennie tries to widen her eyes and pouts, as if it will persuade Lisa.

Of course it worked. Lisa sighed, "Tell my girlfriend I'm free this Friday. I want to spend as much time as I can before she flies to LA next month."

"When they talk like that it's even more insufferable," Jisoo mutters while Rosé nodded in agreement.

Their laid back atmosphere was over once Teddy Park lowered his headphones down to his nape, chair swirling to face the girls.

"I just received another demo. I got a feeling you'll like this," he tells the girls, his face once again showing nothing but professionalism. As one of the top producers in South Korea, the guy surely knows when to catch the four's attention to focus on business once again.

So far, the girls have seven tracks they are positively considering for their second full album. They have recorded a lot of songs already but for some reason, they don't feel like any of it would fit as the last track. The title track has been decided as well.

"Alright oppa, let's hear it," Jennie uncrosses her legs and leans forward.

Rosé looks nervous. It makes Jisoo smile seeing how truly passionate her member can be when it comes to music. It's something she misses whenever they become too busy with their solo activities that has nothing to do with their identity as musicians.
