A New Beginning (Lloyd x reader)

Chapter 14

Believe it or not, but you guys actually made friends with the creature, which was named Crabby. 

You all rode Crabby's back all the way to Ninjago City. You rode all the way to the police station, you got to the police station, nearly scaring a poor policeman to death. 

"Is the police commissioner here?" Kai asked and the policeman nodded. We all jumped down and went inside to find him. 

"Don't forget: the best way to defeat your enemy is to make him your friend," Zane told the policeman.

"Aren't you, Crabby," Jay said and cuddled closer to Crabby.

"Crabby!" Wu said. Crabby roared. We all proceeded to go inside the police station. 

"Hey, what am I supposed to do with him?" The policeman asked. 

"Take him to the zoo," Nya suggested. 

"We don't have a zoo!" The policeman shouted back. 

You had all been to the police stations lots of times and knew your way around. We asked for the police commissioner

"We need the Commissioner," Kai said to another policeman. 

"He's not taking any visitors." The policeman told you all.

"But it's important," Cole said.

"All his work is important." The policeman fired back. 

"Don't make me zap you," Jay said and zapped the policeman. He fell to the ground, and we all ran towards the commissioners' office. 

"Commissioner!" Nya shouted. 

"So good to see you." P.I.X.A.L greeted him.

"There's no time to lose," Kai told him. 

"Sorry to barge in, but it's really quite urgent." Cole apologized. 

"We have to vacate the city," Zane told him. 

"We need weapons. Lots and lots and lots of weapons." Jay said to him. 

"Crabby!" Baby Wu shouted. 

"Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa. One at a time. Just shoot it to me straight. What's going to do me in?" The police commissioner asked us. 

"Pardon? Do you in?" P.I.X.A.L asked confused. 

"Every time something bad happens to the city, the first thing they do is can the police commissioner. So what is t this time? Subterranean mutant insects? Indomitable flesh-eating zombies? A pirate genie?" The commissioner fired suggestion after suggestion. 

"Pirate genie?" Cole repeated confused. You saw Nya and jay looking at each other when Cole said that. 

"Yes, why not? Anything can happen in this crazy town." The commissioner told Cole. 

'Well, he isn't wrong.' You thought. 

"Argh, don't be ridiculous. It's the Sons of Garmadon." Jay suddenly shouted. 

"They have Lloyd," Cole told him.

"And the three Oni Masks," Zane said right after. 

"The Quiet One-" Kai said but was cut off by Nya. 

"Who is Harumi." Nya told him. 

"Is going to resurrect the evil spirit of Lord Garmadon and then-" Kai continued, but were cut off again. 

"Just stop! The princess is behind all this?" The commissioner asked. 

"Which is why we need you behind us," Cole explained. 

"Along with everyone on your force," Nya said right after him. 

"I'm not ready to lose my city just yet." The commissioner said and dialed a number on his phone. 

"Person on the other end of this phone, get me the mayor. Yes, I'll hold." The commissioner said.

'Great, just great." You thought. 

TIME SKIP

"We were right. The streets are teeming with the Sons of Garmadon. They don't want anyone getting close to the palace." Kai reported. 

"We are in place. Operation Undercover initiate." Zane told him. 

"Copy that," Kai said and took off. 

TIME SKIP 

If you guys couldn't attack land, then try from down below. 

The police force distracted the Sons of Garmadon, so we all could get into the castle undetected. 

The police gave you all diving equipment, helping you guys with breaking your way into the castle.

The police commissioner saw you guys on your way to the castle, and lowly whispered:

"Go, ninja, go." 

You all sneaked your way into the castle through the water. 

"You got us to the palace. Thanks, P.I.X."  

"Do take precaution," P.I.X.A.L warned Kai. 

"We will. You take care of little Master Wu. See you on the other side." Kai reassured her as he continued further into the castle.
