Chapter 44

We arrived at the monastery, but no one said a word as we entered. 

"What is it?" Master Wu asked us and looked concerned at Misako. 

" It's Cole. He- he..." Nya began but couldn't bring herself to say what she wanted to say. 

"He's gone," Jay told him and laid a hand on his shoulder. 

"He fell into the darkness," Kai told him. 

"A-And the Realm crystal?" Master Wu asked. 

"We destroyed it, but it didn't stop them," Lloyd explained. 

"What do we do now?" Misako asked and looked at Master Wu.

"Luckily, you have me." Garmadon's voice came from behind us. 

"Garmadon?" Misako questioned if it even was him. 

"Misako. The old me would have something heartfelt and sweet. But, I am no longer that man." Garmadon said to her and began walking towards them. 

"Wu, wipe that gloomy look off your face and do something with this," Garmadon said and tossed the Golden Armor towards him. 

"The Armor of the Golden Master." Master Wu caught The Golden Armor. 

"If we melt it down and reforge the weapons of spinjitzu, we might still have a chance," Nya explained our plan to Master Wu. 

"Prepare the forge." Master Wu told the monks who had gathered around us. 

"I guess I better get to it, huh?" Kai sighed, having a hopeless look on his face. 

"Kai, you're the Master of Fire. You can do this." Nya tried to reassure her brother. 

"Yeah. Right. How hard can it be?" Kai carefully took The Golden Armor and walked towards the forgery, the rest of us followed him. 

Both Kai and Nya began making the Golden Weapons, and everyone kept checking in every once in a while. 

You were mostly sitting down, since the twins had been kicking a lot, and you had a lot of phantom contractions. 

"Ow." You said as one of the twins kicked you again. 

"Are you okay y/n?" Lloyd asked you and sat down next to you." 

"Yeah, I'm fine, the twins are just really active today." You told him. 

"Now guys, be good to your mother, she's working very hard," Lloyd said and laid a hand over your stomach, and they stopped almost immediately. 

"How do you do that?" You looked at him. 

"I don't know, maybe they just their daddy more." He gave you a smirk. 

"Yeah right." You said but placed your hand over his. 

TIME SKIP

Kai finished making the Golden weapons, just as soon, one of the monks sent on the lookout rang his bell to warn us the darkness was approaching. 

We began evacuating all the people we had saved from earlier. As we did that Nya spotted an army of Oni coming our way. 

Lloyd had told you to stay inside the monastery and help Master Wu and Misako with the people. 

Misako was getting the last people of the Bounty when you spotted Faith. 

"Faith? What are you doing, you should be resting." You walked towards her.
