After you guys made sure everyone was okay, you began talking about how to get back to Ninjago, which was already hard since you didn't really know where you guys were.
Jay came up with the idea to try and make a device, so we could try and contact someone in Ninjago. You all agreed and started looking around for parts you could use from the Bounty.
You don't know how much had passed, but it seemed like forever, and worst of all reality started to set in.
"Foil. I found foil! Ah! Yes! We have foil!" Kai suddenly shouted while you were digging through debris.
We all ran to the deck where the device we had built stood. Zane installed the foil and raised the antenna into the air for a better signal.
"Okay. Let's see if it works." Zane said. Kai took a step towards the giant radio we had built and was about to see if it worked, but Cole stopped him.
"Say we're lucky enough to reach someone in Ninjago. After everything that's happened, is there even a home to go back to?" Cole asked us. Cole had a point, we didn't even know if Ninjago were still there.
"One way to find out. Here goes nothing." Kai said and turned on the switch and a green light bulb switched on.
But sadly, you only heard static coming from the radio.
"And that sounds like nothing." Zane looked disappointed.
"Unh! We're never getting home!" Kai whined and walked away from the radio.
"So it doesn't work. I'm telling you guys, I've been feeling so much better now that I've accepted our situation. This is our new home." Jay sounded unusually calm about this kind of situation.
"You don't sound like yourself, Jay." Cole pointed out.
"I think he's panicking from the inside." You said.
"I'm just saying you don't have to freak out about it. Heh. It could be worse." Jay just shrugged his shoulders to what you and Cole said.
"Worse? Worse!? A strange tea lady just marooned us in the Realm of Oni and Dragon. A Realm, mind you, we know nothing about, with no hope of getting home, and no clue as to what else is out there!"While Kai was freaking out on Jay, Jay just smiled and shook his head slowly.
"Uh, Oni and Dragons, duh?" Jay just said to Kai.
"Sure, Jay. We've all seen Dragons. But aren't you the least bit concerned about coming across an Oni? I mean, we hardly know anything about them." Cole asked Jay.
"Except that they like to destroy, and Master Wu is part one." Zane pointed out to us all.
"I'm hungry." You all heard Wu say.
"Sorry, Master, but I thought we told you. We're rationing our food." Cole told Wu.
"Hmm. Perhaps there is some useful guidance you could impart on us in this difficult time?" Zane said and we all looked at Master Wu.
"Master Wu?" Cole asked.
"I'm hungry," Wu said after a moment's silence, apparently that made Jay laugh.
"You not freaking out is freaking me out!" Kai said to Jay.
"Okay, Kai, deep breaths. In and out slowly." You guided Kai to breathe more slowly, as he hyperventilating.
"Kai, baby, it's much easier coping with life's problems when you let go of hope. Woo-hoo! Hey, turn up that music. That's my butter and jam. Yeah-ha!" Jay slid down the ramp and sat down nearby.
"Yeah-ah! He's totally lost it." Cole whispered to us, but Jay heard him.
"Nope. I've totally found it. And if you wanna talk about Master Wu being part Oni, y/n's ancestor apparently comes from The Land of The Dragon, which would mean she's part dragon." Jay explained.
"I'm sorry, I'm what." You asked.
"Didn't Lloyd tell you that your ancestors came from The Land of The Dragon?" Jay asked.
"Do you think I would be asking you if I did?" You looked at him.
"Please explain." You asked Jay.
"Mystake told us that you had powers to create and not destroy, and that your ancestors came from The Land of The Dragon, and that they may have had an encounter with the First Spinjitzu Master. She also told us that your parents might not even know this." Jay explained to you.
"Ugh, my family tree just gets more and more complicated." You sat down on a rock and planted a hand in your face.
"She also said that she saw part Oni in you, but at the time it didn't make sense, but now it does. " Jay said and pointed to your stomach.
"Still hungry." Master Wu said.
"We all are," Kai said.
"Be patient. He's a growing boy. At his excelled growth rate, we'll have our old Master soon enough." Zane said to us.
"We're low on food, Master. How about you go out and find some?" Kai suggested, which wasn't a bad idea.
"I don't wanna." Master Wu said and turned away from Kai.
"Now, Master, don't put off till tomorrow what can be done today," Cole told Master Wu.
"Pfft, ha. That's rich. Now we're giving him lessons he taught us. Haha." It almost sounded like Jay mocked what Cole had said.
"Will you...will you come with me?" Master Wu hesitantly asked Cole.
"Okay, you guys fix the radio. We'll go see what food we can scrounge up. Come on, Little Master." Cole told us and we nodded.
"Why do you call me that?" Master Wu asked Cole.
"Uh...Habit, I guess." Cole said as they took off.
"Quit messing with my tunes, man," Jay shouted to us as we tried to fix the radio.
"I swear I'm going to beat his ass once this all over." You gritted your teeth.
