Kate's P.O.V

"Kate Elizabeth Dillon, what do you think you are doing sleeping in Kian's bed?" I heard ricky say in a very sharp tone. I flicked my eyes open very quickly and tried to sit up, but kians arms were wrapped over me so I shook them off and kian woke up. "Kian  you promised me you would bring me back to my bed after the movie." "Sorry, kate i must have just fallen asleep" Kian said. "Kate why were you in kians room in the middle of the night? Is there something going on here i don't know about" Ricky said is a concerned voice. "NO!" I yelled "There is nothing going on between me and kian" "Um uhh, Ricky let me explain" Kian stammered he seemed almost in some kind of shock, probably at the obsurd idea of us ever being a thing. I'm way to ugly and fat for him. Any way Kian started to explain "Last night Kate knocked on my door really late and i saw she was crawling she asked for help. I was really concerned so i jumped out of bed and brought her on to my bed. She said she was having a panick attack, it was like she couldnt breathe at first but it got a little better and she told me she had a bad dream about her old parents. I told her i wanted to get you guys but she saud no. I was so scared and i just hugged her. I held her in my arms and told her it was going to be okay and i rubbed her back and it stopped. After we talked a little and then she wa going to go back to bed but i was scared she was gonna have another bad dream and no one would be there so i asked her to stay. I told her i would bring her back to bed after the movie was over, but i guess i fell asleep so she just stayed in here." 

"Kate you had a panick attack last night? Why didnt you come get me? Why wouldnt you let kian come get us?" Ricky asked. "I just didnt want to bother you guys or wake you up and kians lights were still on so i just went for it. It's okay dad i'm fine it wasnt any of your guys fault or your responsability to fix it. Next time i'll just wait it out" I said "WHAT NO, Kate when you are having a panick attck come get me and the rest of us as soon as possible. I dont care if im asleep or filming or anything come and get us, We want to help you kate." "Thanks dad." I said getting a wierd feeling in my stomach. It was a dull pain that turned into a shooting one but i just ignored it. "So are we cool?" kian asked dad "Ya thanks man for calming her down but next time at least put a shirt on before you sleep in the same bed as my daughter." daddy said "Ya sorry about that" "Its okay" Kian jumped out of bed to reveal he was in just boxers too. "KIAN NOW THATS NOT COOL! You slept next to my daughter in only your boxers" Dad said. "Sorry man i was just so caught up in kate I didnt bother." Dad just left not knowing what to say, Leaving me and Kian.

Kian's P.O.V

"Sorry I forgot to bring you back into yout bed last night i was just really tired" "It's okay.... Thanks again for helping me last night. But i'm gonna go downstairs and you should put some clothes on." Kate said laughing a little at that last part. Kate left and I sat back down on my bed. I had lied to Kate I was still awake at the end of the movie i just didnt want to bring her back to her room. She was so cute and peacful when she was sleeping. She looked happy and I felt happy and comfortable and i just wanted her here with me. So i wrapped my arms aroung her and just decided to go to bed hoping she would understand in the morning. But then the whole thing with Rikcy and ya you know. I Love Kate she is such a good kid, well not really a kid anymore she's 17. Wow. I am only 2 years older then her and she is my one of my bestfriends kid. That wierd. Oh well I need to get dressed. 

Kate's P.O.V

I decided to wash my face and change into some more apealing clothes, but still pajama like. I walked in to my room and pulled out my blue Nike spandex shorts and a oversized black and white checkered flannel that i only buttoned half the way. I then went into the bathroom, i was rising some soap of my face when i felt a pair of hands wrap around my waist. I jumped and pulled the hands away. I turned around to see Jc "Cute look but might i recomend rinsing the rest of the soap of your face." I giggled and said " You can't sneek up on me like that it scares me" "sorry babe i just wanted to know if you read the note off the board yet?" he said with a huge smile on his face. The note, my chest tightened a little and i tensed but did not let it show. "Your note, ... Ya .... I did read it, ummm.... it was lovely... it's just can we talk back in your room. "Ya of course babe whats wrong did you not like it?" "No Jc, i just need to talk to you." He interlaced our fingers and we walked back into his room. He locked the door behind hime and I sat on his bed.

Jc walked over and sat with me; we leaned back and he wrapped his arm around my shoulder, letting his hand fall while his fingers traced my collar bone over and over. "What is it babe, was there something in the note?" Jc said with a concerned look on his face. "There was nothing wrong with your note Jc, I loved it so much.... it was just there was allot about the future in there and for me it was a lot to take in all at one time. It scared me, but not in a bad way a good scare, just  too much for one sitting. To make a long story short, I ended up having a panick attack...I" "You had a panick attack because of the note, I did it, how did you stop it? Did you cut yourslef again? Why didnt you come get me" He interupted "Jc!, I didnt hurt myself and I didnt come wake you up because it wasnt your problem it was mine. But it was bad and i knew i was gonna need some help so i looked around and kian was the only one up. I went to his room and he calmed me down and made it stop and i ended up falling asleep in his room and sleeping in there." "You went to kian and you slept in his room..." Jc said in a very melow tone. "Yes Jc but i just didnt want to bother you it ment nothing i just really needed some help." There were a few tears in my eyes becasue i could see that he was hurt. We both turned and looked at each other. "You slept in Kians room before we even got the chance to stay the night together.... Kate i'm not upset with you just worried" he said wiping a tear from my cheek and grabbing my hand. "Next time just wake me up i will be here for you through anything okay?" "ya" 

We layed back in bed for while and Jc played with my hair but he suddenly sat up and asked the question "What is it like when you have a panick attack?" I sat up also and grabbed one of his hands. "Well, um, first i will start by over thinking everything whick usually leads to me crying a lot. Next My chest will tighten" I took Jc's hand and placed in on my chest right where all the pressure amounts "It will feel like i have a brick on my chest. Then my stomach will start to flip and freak out." i moved his hand to my stomach. " Then my breathing will get restricted i will weez and struggle to breathe, all the muscles in my body will either tighten or become jello. The stress takes over me and its like you have no control. Every one has there own way of getting over it and mine was always cutting but now i guess its just some one to hold me, and make me feel safe. Then when everything goes back to normal you are usually sore and maybe a little dizzy." "I am so sorry kate, i cant even imagin how horrible that is. Next time just come to me promise" "I promise" Jc wrapped me in his arms and we kissed for a while. 

"Jc wake up it's 2 in the afternoon." Connor said through the door. Me and Jc stopped kissing and got up.  'Wow its late." I said "Ya i'm hungry want to go out for some breakfast, we can go in our PJ's and just be silly." "That sounds like a great idea." We checked the hall and walked out of Jc's room. I went to my room and grabbed some flip flops, then went downstairs. "Jc sais he was gonna take me to go get some breakfast is that okay?" I asked dad "ya sure sweety you should ask if any of the other boys want to go you have been hanging out with only Kian and Jc lately." "ya sorry, I'll ask them" I walked back over to jc and told him how dad wanted me to invite the other boys "No its suppose to be you and me only just dont ask them and if ricky asks just tell him i was already in the car so you ran out." "Whatever you say babe." I said and started walking to the jeep. 

We got in the car and Jc put his hand on my leg and drove us to a little brekfast resturant. "no one ever goes here so it can be just us, i go here when i need to get away from our fans or the guys." "Oh cool" we sat and talked Jc ate a bug brekfast while i ate a few pieces of fruit and a piece of toast but Jc never noticed cause we were talking so much. 

We went back to the house and everyone was doing there own thing so i went and showered. Jc had a video to edit so i let him do his thing. Later that night all the boys ate pizza which i sucessfully threw up without anyone knowing and we watched movies. Everthing for the rest of the night was really chill and we all just talked and watched TV. It was about 8 and i got another one of those pains in my stomach from earlier. I tried to ignore it but it wouldnt go away so i just went to bed early. I told the guys goodnight and hoped the pain would be gone by morning.
