𝐯𝐢𝐢. Red Haired Shanks?

"You met Red Haired Shanks?!"

Shanks? You looked at everybody, confused. They soon calmed down and told you about the man that you had met at the little island you once lived in. You didnʼt get anything what they said even though you were trying to listen. Trying. The captain had noticed your discomfort and slammed his fist against the table, causing silence to replace the noise inside the huge room. You flinched at the sudden action, and looked at Whitebeard.

"Donʼt burden them about that Red Haired Shanks." He stated in a deep voice. He coughed a little and looked towards your direction. "So, how did you two meet?"

"Pops!"

You chuckled at everybody and looked at them with pure joy, replacing your confused face. You decided to tell them what happened at the island with the red haired pirate. "They said they were looking for devil fruits at the island and heard from them that they are going to sell it. I didnʼt know what devil fruits are from that time until they explained it to me."

"So, you really did meet them?" Marco asked. You nodded and turned to Izo who also asked a question. "Did they asked you to become their crew member?"

"They did. But I refused. I got scared of they might kill me and look for the devil fruit I ate." You shrugged, also shivering at the thought. "Then why did you join us?" Asked Whitebeard. "Because I felt Iʼll be safe in here." You smiled at him, Whitebeard returning a soft smile back at you.

Slowly, everyone left the dining hall and proceeded to their tasks. Izo had left you again with Thatch as he also needed to do something. The pom-pom man walked with you to the back of the Moby Dick, breathing in the salty, fresh air from the sea. While staring out the waves rocking the ship, Haruta walked towards you and Thatch, saying to him that he was called. The two left you at the back while you still stared out the ocean. Soon, you felt your eyelids getting heavier and decided to lay down on the wooden floor of the ship. You drifted off to a heavy sleep, unaware of the approaching division commander.

Marco removed his vest and placed it onto your small body as a blanket and sat beside you, also dozing off. Ace also came to find the blonde man and chuckled at the sight that greeted him as soon as he walked onto the back of the ship. He placed his hat onto your head and also sat beside Marco, also falling asleep.

Thatch came running as he knew that he had left you alone but soon sighed in relief as he saw the two fire users. He softened his eyes at the sight, chuckling at the same time. Iʼll definitely tell Izo about this.
