Chapter 32

-Before anything happened-
*Qian Xi's POV*

The boys and I were waiting outside the all girls school for Jia Jia and Jia Yee. However...school's already out 10 minutes ago and I had not seen a single girl leave.

Yuan saw my worried look and put an arm on my shoulder, leaning on me.

"What's wrong, Qian Xi?" he asked.

"..Hmm...have you noticed that not a single person left the school since we arrived?" I asked, looking around. One by one, the boys stopped talking and looked around too.

It was so quiet we could hear the trees moving in the wind.

"This is really weird." YiLin commented, breaking the pin-dropping silence.

"Shall we go check on them?" Junkai asked.

"Isn't it against the rule to enter the girls school without permission?" TingXin asked, frowning.

"Screw the rules, I'm going in." Zhi Hong muttered and took the first step in through the gate.

I nodded in agreement, "I'm worried about the twins."

With Zhi Hong and I in the lead, all the other boys followed.

We ran around randomly, not knowing where to go since it is our first time IN the school. But then I stopped them because I heard some noises.

"..Shh...guys...did you hear that?" I asked, gesturing to a specific direction, which points towards the inner of the school.

"No." They said in unison. I sighed and just motioned for them to follow me as I started running again.

The noise got louder and I was sure I got nearer to where everybody is. Then I saw it.

All the girls. All the colour of red.

It was so noisy and there were so many food thrown everywhere. Food was wasted here when in other parts of the world, there were no food to be eaten.

My eyes scanned all the girls and that's when I saw Jia Jia, in the middle of all the girls. Many bigger girls were kicking her and pulling her hair and bullying her.

I started to panic and I shouted, "JIA JIA!!"

I ran towards them and pushed away the girl on top of her. Jia Jia's face was pale and there were blood trickling down her face. Oh my honeystars, how strong are these girls until they can hit my Jia Jia till like this?!

Her breathing wasn't even and while I was panicking, shaking her and calling her name, she grabbed a handful of my shirt and fainted on the spot.

"Jia Jia, Jia Jia!! Wake up!! Jia Jia!!"

"Qian Xi.."

By now, I was just aware that the girls had stopped hitting and had shocked looks on their faces.

"What?!" I snapped angrily. Not bothering to save my reputation, I carried Jia Jia up bridal style and turned around.

"Where is the infirmary?" I asked, sudden calmness overtook me.

"T-there.." a girl who was bigger than me pointed in the direction of the infirmary with a shaky finger.

"Call the ambulance now, Zhi Hong." I said as I started in the direction of the infirmary.

*Zhi Hong's POV*

I was so shocked when I see Jia Jia fainting. Qian Xi carried her bridal style in his strong arms...she looked so small there.
