Chapter 31

Jia Yee yawned quietly and stretched just as the bell rang. She could see Jia Jia making her way to her from the front row.

Jia Jia plopped down on the seat next to her,while waiting for her to pack up.

"How was Maths?" Jia Jia asked as she watched Jia Yee stuff everything in her bag.

"Oh...maths? What is it?? Exam's over so I'm not thinking of it anymore." Jia Yee shrugged as she hoisted her backpack up on one shoulder.

"...It was hard, wasnt it?" Jia Jia asked after a moment.

Jia Yee kept silent for a few seconds before her bubble popped and she cried, "IT WAS SO HARD I ALMOST THREW THE PAPER INTO THE BIN!! But because I'm a pro, I finished it all."

Jia Jia rolled her eyes and hoisted her backpack higher as she teased, "Such a drama queen, sis."

"Since we're twins, I'm a dramaqueen, you're a dramaqueen too." Jia Yee winked as the two sisters laughed loudly.

Tian Shi suddenly stopped in front of them and smiled, "Hi, girls!"

Jia Jia eyed her suspiciously and replied a hi back. Jia Yee, however, was enthusiastic that her friend was talking to them again.

"Tian Shi!! Hi! How are you?" She grinned brightly, pulling Tian Shi into a bear hug.

"..I'm fine. Anyways, someone wants to see you." Tian Shi said.

The two girls followed her as Jia Yee started a conversation with Tian Shi. Jia Jia kept silent though because she still couldn't trust Tian Shi a lot. But as Jia Yee was talking about some things, Tianshi turned to Jia Jia.

"Hey, Jia Jia." She said, making Jia Yee stop talking.

"Yeah?"

"...Someone..saw you with Qian Xi during a rainy day and he was..piggybacking you. Can you please explain? Because as you know Qian Xi is famous. And...and..I just want to protect you."

Jia Jia blinked in surprise. Someone saw her and him that day?

"I...um...I'm touched that you want to protect me. I guess I'll tell you." Jia Jia said, glancing at Jia Yee who nodded.

"..Qian Xi's my boyfriends now."

Tian Shi looked at her with a smirk, "Girls, she said it herself."

"What?" Jia Yee said in confusion. And at that moment, something caught her attention. There was NO ONE around them and when the twins looked up, almost the whole school of girls were hiding in places they couldn't be seen.

"...Tian Shi, what's happe-"

And before Jia Yee could finish her sentence, the first splat of pie came flying at her.

"You're dating Qian Xi now?! How dare you?!" The leader of the TFBoys fanclub screeched. She was standing at the railing above and in her hands were tomatoes and apples. She glowered down at the twins, together with the rest of the school.

Tian Shi had left the twins and gone to fill herself with 'ammo' (apples and tomatoes) .

"I..." Jia Jia trailed off, not knowing what to say.

Tian Shi had just betrayed them. Their only friend...had just betrayed them. Wow. Just wow.

Jia Jia looked at Jia Yee's who's hair was sticking together from the pie. Jia Yee glared up at them, not bothering to wipe her face clean. Jia Jia took a deep breath and stood beside Jia Yee as she grabbed Jia Yee's hand.

Alone, they are weak but together, they are strong. United.

Jia Yee looked at Jia Jia and nodded.

Jia Jia glared up at the leader whose name was Agnes and said loudly, "Yes. I'm dating him now. So what?"

Agnes looked angry for a second, then calm overtook her. She held up one finger, then two, then three and shouted, "THROW!!"

You cannot imagine how chaotic it was. Apples, tomatoes, pies, and all that food, came flying at Jia Jia and Jia Yee.

Along with the food came curses. Somehow, in the middle of all that, some bigger girls came down and a cat fight broke out.

"BREAK UP WITH OUR QIAN XI, YOU **** *****!!!" someone screamed as she grabbed a handful of Jia Jia's hair and pulled.

Jia Jia tried to push the girl away but failed to do so because she was such a small girl! What can she do to a much MUCH bigger girl?!

"YOU BETTER STAY AWAY FROM OUR TFBOYS!!" another shouted as she kneed Jia Yee in the stomach.

"LEAVE TFBOYS AND TF FAMILY ALONE!!"

"GO AWAY!!"

"YOU *****!!!!!"

"DIE!!"

Someone elbowed Jia Jia's back and she fell down. And the next to fall was Jia Yee. Several more injuries later, the twins had no more energy to fight back.

*Jia Jia's POV*

My breathing quicken as my chest started to hurt. Oh no. I can feel an asthma attack coming...

I started breathing erraticly as I tried to grab my bag on the floor.

Because of the fight, some girl kicked my bag further away as she taunted me.

"JIA JIA!! SOMEONE GET HER ASTHMA INHALER!!" I heard Jia Yee scream from somewhere. She sounded near yet far.

My eyes started to close and the last thing I saw was a figure pushing the girl away and running to me, grabbing me and shaking me.

Last thing I hear was his voice. Qian Xi's voice...and I'm already happy.

"Jia Jia, Jia Jia!! Wake up!! Jia Jia!!"

*Jia Yee's POV*

I saw Jia Jia looking around and trying to find something and immediately I knew something was wrong. Very wrong.

As a girl kicked at my ribs(how can a girl be this rough?), I tried to fling her away while getting a good look at my sister's face.

Her face was pale and she was sweating badly. Her breathing wasn't calm; she had a hard time breathing. Something clicked in me; she was having an asthma attack!!

"JIA JIA!! SOMEONE GET HER ASTHMA INHALER!!" I screamed, hoping there was a kind soul among all these girls.

I pushed the girl on top of me away but before I could get far, another came lounging at me, pulling at my hair.

I turned and saw a few guys running in our direction with the leading guy; Qian Xi.

I see him run to the girl kicking Jia Jia and pushed her away. He whispered something to Jia Jia with panic as he shook her.

Suddenly, Junkai appeared in front of me and grabbed my shoulders, "Jia Yee! Are you okay? What happened??"

"Jia Jia..asthma...Inhaler..bag.." was all I could manage before I, too, fell into a deep dark sleep.
