Chapter 2

*knockknock*

"Excuse me...?" the timid voice of Jia Jia mumbled as she pushed open a door. The room was silent and they saw an elderly man sitting on one of the couch.

It was the judge who asked for them earlier. He smiled at them kindly and motioned for them to enter.

"So you are Chin Jia Jia and Chin Jia Yee?" he asked, looking at the girls as he said their name. Jia Yee nodded and said, "Who are you? Why did you ask to see us??" then a thought hit her, she gasped, "It's not because we fought with group 19 before we went on, is it?!!"

The man chuckled and shook his head, "No, don't worry. I am Wu Lao Shen, CEO of TF Entertainment. Well, we didn't put this information on the poster but... TF is currently scouting talents. And lucky you, both of you have talents. So I am asking you if you want to join the TF Family..in China?"

Jia Jia and Jia Yee looked at each other and said in unison, "China?!"

"Yes. So do you agree?" Lao Shen asked in his Chinese accent.

"Uhm...we're not sure...our parents.." Jia Jia trailed off, looking at her sister.

"...Our parents are not big fans of us becoming singers. Plus.. how do we know you're not trying to trick us and just want to catch us and sell us off to the black market?" Jia Yee asked, putting her hands on her hips.

"Well...follow me." Lao Shen smiled, stood up and walked out the room. The twin quickly scurried after him.

Lao shen pushed open a door to another room and he entered. The twin followed from behind and when Lao Shen stepped aside for the twin to enter, they saw three boys fooling around.

One was pushing a luggage around and the shortest one was just posing some ninja moves and pretending to fight the guy with the luggage. The tallest one was laughing hysterically while filming the whole thing down with his phone.

"Boys. Come here." Lao Shen clapped his hands loudly. The three of them stopped whatever they were doing and went to stand beside Lao Shen.

"Please, introduce yourselves." Lao Shen said to the three of them. They smiled at the twin and said in unison, "Its nice to meet you! We are TFBoys!"

"Hello, I am the oldest coolest, most handsomest Wang Jun Kai." the tallest one who was filming just now said.

"Yo. I am the most adorable, most cutest, and most eloquent Wang Yuan!!" the second one with the luggage said cheerfully, grinning like there was no tomorrow.

"Hi. I am Yi Yangqianxi." the last one simply said.

The two girls stared at them blankly.

It was so awkward and Jia Jia and Jia Yee were just staring at the three boys that they were so embarrassed they had to look away.

Lao Shen coughed awkwardly and said, "So these boys are the Chinese idol group from china under TF entertainment. Is this proof enough that I'm not lying when i said I wanted to scout you both?"

"Errrr....but they're so young. Are you sure they are idols?" Jia Yee asked unsurely.

"Yes."

"But our parents would not allow us to go to China." Jia Jia said timidly.

"I can negotiate."

"I still don't think-" Jia Jia stopped when her phone started ringing.

She picked up the phone at the second word.

"Hello? Papa?" she said into the speaker.

"Jia Jia, where are you now? Is the competition over?" their father in the other line asked.

"Yes," Jia Jia answered.

"Okay. I'm coming over to pick you up." he said.

"Ah..but the prize session isn't over yet, pa." Jia Yee snatched the phone away. Jia Jia glared at her sister.

"Oh...okay then. Call me when it's over."

"Wait papa!" Jia Yee said.

"What is it?"

"Err...you see...we...were scouted." Jia Yee said. Immediately, the line was cut off and the only sound that could be heard was beepbeepbeep.
