Chapter 26

Qian Xi left Jia Jia room happily, on cloud 9. He had a hugeeee grin plastered on his face.

The moment he closed the door, he turned to face two angry guys.

"What did you do to Jia Jia, Qian Xi??" Zhi Hong asked, narrowing his eyes.

"N-nothing." Qian Xi stuttered.

"What do you mean nothing?? I heard you saying cheesy stuff to our innocent Jia Jia!! 'I think this feeling is love.' 'Do you like me too?' Can you deny you said all that?!!!" Yuan glared at Qian Xi.

Qian Xi cleared his throat nervously and opened his mouth to speak but Zhi Hong cut him off with a smile.

"It's alright. We discussed this cuz we know we'll lose to you since the beginning. You were a better guy to her than both of us were." Zhi Hong sighed, crossing his arms.

"What are you talking about?" Qian Xi asked curiously.

"She accepted your confession didn't she?" Yuan asked. Qian Xi nodded.

"..Yeah. So treat her well or else..." Yuan smiled creepily, holding up his fists.

"U-uh. Of course, Y-yuan ge." Qian Xi stammered. Then more confidently, he said, "I will take care of her and protect her. So don't you worry!"

"Mmm! We put her in your hands okay?" Zhi Hong smiled a little bit too painfully. Then he turned and walked away, wiping his cheeks.

"Is Zhi Hong gonna be okay?" Qian Xi asked worriedly, taking a step forward.

"He's fine. Don't worry about him first. You've still got Max to take care of." Yuan said as he followed after Zhi Hong, patting Qian Xi's back. 

"I know."

"All the best."

Junkai, ZiYu and Jia Yee were relaxing in the garden after all the drama that happened. They lay down on the grass and stared up at the sky, with the countless twinkling stars above them.

ZiYu spoke up after a few minutes of long comfortable silence, "So Jia Yee, how did you meet Max?"

Jia Yee didn't reply and he mentally slapped himself.

'O M G, ZiYu! Of course she wouldn't want to talk about him!' ZiYu thought.

Before he could bash himself more, Junkai interrupted his thoughts, "Uh Jia Yee. Don't think too much of-"

Jia Yee interrupted Junkai.

"He was my sister's boyfriend. She introduced him to me after one week of their relationship. I liked him since then. Two months later, my sister told me they broke up because she caught him cheating on her. She didn't cry though, she was so strong! Then a week later, he confessed that he liked me and I guess...I accepted him. Who knew he was such a cheat! Four months later, on Valentine's day, I went to his house and found him with my best friend. Guess I never really liked boys since then."

"So how did you feel when you got accepted into TF and found out you had to live under the same roof as us?" Junkai asked, gesturing to ZiYu and himself.

"I was pissed." Jia Yee answered truthfully.

ZiYu sat up too and put a hurt expression on his face, "My heart is bleeding." He joked.

Jia Yee laughed silently and said, "...But the both of you changed my opinion on boys. All of you did..."

Junkai smiled, "I'm glad we did. Max was just a jerk. If you choose any of us, I guarantee you...you'll be our precious jewel. Worth even more than my life."

ZiYu punched Junkai playfully, "Don't give her too much sweets or cheese, Junkai!"

"I'm not being sweet or cheesy! Right, my princess?" Junkai pulled a comic face and laid back down beside Jia Yee.

"You just did. Didn't he, babe?" ZiYu played along, causing Jia Yee to laughed hysterically.

"Stop that! That just sounds ewww." Jia Yee laughed, punching both Junkai and ZiYu lightly on the shoulder.

"JUNKAI ZIYU JIAYEE!!! DINNER TIME! GET IN HERE!!" Nana jie's loud voice called from inside the house.

Junkai jumped up from his spot and patted his jeans. Then he held out a hand to Jia Yee, "Come on. Let's go eat now."

Jia Yee smiled softly as she took his hand. Zi Yu pouted, "Not gonna hold out your hand for me?"

"Stand up by yourself, ZiYu!" Junkai laughed.

Jia Yee laughed and held out her hand to ZiYu, "Hold my hand, ZiYu."

ZiYu blushed as he held her hand and the three walked in to the house for dinner, hand-in-hand.
