Chapter 6

A van rolled into the car park of the TF Family's dorm.

"We're here, kids." Uncle Wu said, turning around to face the five kids.

The five of them, tired of bickering with each other on the ride, slowly got off the car and took their luggage.

Uncle Wu then bid them goodbye and drove out of the car park and zoomed off.

Junkai was about to ring the doorbell when suddenly, the door slammed open and eager boys appeared.

"Junkai! Yuan! Qian Xi! You're back!" The group of 5 eager boys shouted, giving the three boys pats on their back.

"Did you all miss your adorable Wang Yuan??" Yuan chirped happily.

"Nope. Why would we miss you?" a boy with bushy eyebrows smirked, making Yuan pout playfully, pretending to be hurt as he clasped his hands over his heart. Then he caught sight of the pretty bounty TFBoys had brought back.

"Oh my goodness, you brought back presents??" The boy said as he checked out Jia Jia and Jia Yee.

Another taller boy hit the bushy-eyebrowed boy on the head and said, "Why are there girls on our front step, Junkai?"

Junkai sighed just as Qian Xi spoke up, "They were scouted by Uncle Lao Shen."

The five strangers looked surprised for a second before a third guy smirked, "Hmm....scouted eh? They must be very good then. They won't stay here for long though."

He looked at Jia Jia up and down, then Jia Yee. That's when Jia Yee stood forward, unable to keep quiet any longer.

"Um. Can you please stop looking at us like we're specimens about to be sliced open in a biology lab? And what do you mean by 'they won't stay here for long' huh?" Jia Yee asked coldly, glaring at the third guy.

The third guy was about to fight back but the tallest boy quickly intercepted, "Hmm sorry. Its nothing."

Then he turned around and went back into the house with the rest of the boys following him. Junkai and Yuan also entered, leaving Qian Xi alone to guide the two girls.

"...Sorry about that." Qian Xi said, looking sincerely apologetic...until he added, "None of them are comfortable talking to girls... you, Jia Yee, shouldn't have glared at them like that."

"Excuse me? Now I'm the one at fault?" Jia Yee snapped, nostrils flaring in anger.

"Apparently yeah." Qian Xi said calmly.

"They were the one who looked at us like that, and made us uncomfortable!" Jia Jia protested, going to her sister's rescue.

"That's your opinion." Qian Xi said as he motioned for them to enter the house. Jia Yee debated on going back to her own country or to deal with the eight boys in the house.

"Are there any other boys other than them?" Jia Yee asked, changing the subject.

Qian Xi nodded, "Of course. But they don't live here. They're already debuted and they have their own families."

"That's men. Not boys. I meant are there any more boys your age?" Jia Yee asked again.

"Yeah. There are 7 more of them. They're probably at the company practicing." Qian Xi said simply.

He lead them into the house and walked into the living room.

The five boys from earlier and Junkai and Yuan were already seated on the couch or on the floor, chatting.

"Ah Qian Xi! We were wondering where you went!" A fourth guy who hadn't spoke before said.

"Hmm I was bringing them in." Qian Xi said, motioning to Jia Jia and Jia Yee.
