"And then, boom!" a child-like, male voice rang out, the male letting out a low hum as he directed his eyes towards a young, white-haired child, his arms up with a wide grin and talking to a younger, black-haired girl. Her eyes were wide in awe, laughing as he retold his story.
"Did big sis save everyone?" her eyes were shining, the black-clad Hero humming as he came to a stop, continuing to eye his surroundings.
"Yeah!" He sighed, continuing to let his eyes wander. Ultimately, the boy's story finished and he made eye contact with the adult, his mouth forming a small 'o' as he scrambled up and walked over to the gate, the girl following close behind.
"Hi, mister!" he beamed up, "who are you?"
"I'm... Eraser Head," he stated slowly, peering down through the gates, "and you are..."
"I'm Killua, and this is my little sister Alluka," he piped up, "we're Riri's cousins..." his face brightened up, "oh! Aren't you Riri's homeroom teacher for... for... Class 1-A?"
He blinked.
"Yes, that would be me," he overcame his initial shock, "I came to discuss what'll happen next with Rie..." he awkwardly motioned to the locked gate, "so..."
"Oh... um..." they shared a concerned glance with one another before gazing back at the Hero, "I don't know if we can let you in, mister..."
"Why is that?"
"U-um..." they shifted uncomfortably. An azure-haired boy in the distance noticed their discomfort, rushing over and asking the siblings what was going on. "He's a Hero..."
"Ah..." he licked his lips nervously, gazing up at the black-clad man, his thoughts running wild, "um... we... we have a few rules here..."
"I would assume so," he huffed, beginning to grow slightly impatient.
"A-and-"
"What's going on here?"
"Illumi," the boy whirled around.
"Killua... Alluka..." he started slowly, continuing to walk towards the gate, his gaze slowly shifting towards the teacher, "and... who might you be?"
"Erasure Hero: Eraser Head," he introduced calmly, "I assume you've-"
"Please leave," he smiled tightly, emanating a dark aura.
Aizawa frowned.
"Who are you?"
The disgruntled Hero went ignored.
"Killua... Alluka... go to your respective Training Rooms."
Aizawa didn't like the sound of that.
"Huh? First, you forbid Rie from seeing any of us, and now you're forbidding us to even see each other?!" Killua blew up, ignore Nagisa's frantic pleads for him to stop yelling before either of the parents arrived to investigate.
"Killua..." Illumi stated slowly, "are you... perhaps, yelling at me?"
His breath hitched.
"I'm not going to repeat myself, Killua, Alluka," he stated briefly, "go to your respective Training Rooms." He turned to the azure-haired male. "Nagisa, see to it that they start their training, and get Ichiro, Reyna and Karma."
"K-Karma, Illumi?" the servant stammered, pondering why he would be required - why he'd even want Karma there in the first place, given their mutual dislike for one another: Illumi dislikes Karma due to his constant banter and sly tricks, Karma disliking him due to his harmful and abusive actions towards Rie and the two siblings.
"Did I stutter?"
"Right away, sir!" he bowed hurriedly, gently guiding the two siblings towards the house. He stole a glance upwards to see the said girl peering through the windows; however, when they made eye contact, she immediately drew the curtains back, silently cursing to herself. He blinked, shaking his head slightly, taking a deep breath to calm himself down. Nagisa's eyes lowered - which the teacher took note of - before hurriedly ushering the children inside.
Now, it was just the two adults, sharing a steady eye-contact with one another.
"I'm not going to repeat myself."
"Nor am I," agreed the Hero.
He supposed Present Mic was right.
Perhaps he wasn't particularly a patient person, after all.
"I do believe this is harassment," Illumi's eyes shone dangerously.
"Harassment?" he echoed, bewildered, "in what way is politely asking to "
Illumi ignored his question.
"And I am, once again, politely asking you to leave."
He was growing impatient.
He really was trying to prove Mic's point, huh?
Why were they even refusing his entrance, anyway?
"I... would like to see Rie," he lied through his gritted teeth.
"I'm afraid I cannot let you do that."
"Why not?"
"What happens in this house is none of your business, Eraser," he argued.
Well, he had only stated that he wanted to speak to Rie on a whim, but Illumi's statement only worsened his own case.
"Rie is-"
"What's going on here?" a deep voice spoke, the male pausing.
"Ah, Nagisa retrieved you... I would have been rather disappointed if he didn't follow through."
"We will deal with the boy later," Reyna dismissed, her golden eyes striking Aizawa as he realised just how much Rie took on after her mother - appearance-wise, that is.
"Eh~?" drawled a male voice, Aizawa glancing past the Villain to see a red-haired teenager with his hands behind his head, a lazy smirk on his face, "you want me to be in your company for once, Illumi~? Ah, how the tables have turned..."
"Silence, Akabane," he sneered, the male scowling in disdain upon hearing his surname. He gave Aizawa a glance, perking up.
"Oh! I know you, you're the male who corrupted Rie!"
"'Corrup'-" echoed Aizawa incredulously, though upon seeing the teenager's mercury eyes glow a golden shade, placing a finger on his lips silently as if to warn him to stay silent. He cleared his throat. "Listen... I don't know what rules you have in this house, nor do I really care-"
"Then leave," Illumi repeated coolly for the umpteenth time.
"-but if it concerns one of my students," he snarled dangerously, the adults falling silent, his voice dangerously quiet as his eyes glowed, "then I'm afraid I'll have to force my way in."
"Ah, but that won't be necessary, Eraser Head," Ichiro quickly calmed him down, though the teacher's Quirk remained activated in a precaution, "we'll let you in at once."
He eyed them suspiciously, though he deactivated his Quirk and slowly followed them inside, sighing as the gate creaked shut. Karma eyed him momentarily, before moving back to keep up with the male.
"You see, Aizawa..."
The next sentence made him question why he had even let Rie return home, his blood running cold.
"The first rule of the Hassake Manor is that Heroes are strictly forbidden from entering the estate."
