"Right... you guys need to choose a class representative," announced their homeroom teacher, the students silently cheering for the 'normal school activity', the man glaring at them as his hair stood on end, silencing the teenagers. However, this was quickly replaced by the loud banter, causing the man to sigh, gazing around the classroom. His eyes met the tired assassin, who had stayed up the previous night killing three more victims, much to her dismay.

"It is a job with the serious responsibility of leading others, it's not a job for just anyone who wants to do it," Iida frowned from the back of the classroom, "it is a calling that requires the trust of those around you. If we want to use true democracy to decide on a true leader, then we should hold an election to choose one."

"We haven't known each other for that long," pointed out a dark-green haired girl, placing her left index finger to her chin, so how can we have trust or anything?"

"If that's the case, and everyone votes for themselves," added the red-haired boy.

"Don't you think that's why whoever receives multiple votes here can be truly considered the most suitable person?" he argued, turning to their teacher, "what do you think?"

"I don't care how you do it, just do it before the end of homeroom." The class sweat-dropped as he zipped up his sleeping bag, falling sideways. The class were handed small slips of paper and told to write anyone's names on the sheet, which would then be tallied up and placed on the whiteboard.

"Eh?! I got three votes?"

"I didn't expect to get this many..."

"So... the class representative is Midoriya and the deputy class representative is Yaoyozoru. That is all. Class dismissed."

"This rice is so good~" hummed Uraraka, smiling widely as the girl shrugged indifferently, gazing at the green-haired boy as he spoke up.

"Even though I've been chosen as class rep, I don't know if I'm up for it..." he murmured.

"You are," the brown-haired girl claimed, the assassin sweat-dropping at her directness. Iida placed his cutlery down.

"It'll be fine. Your courage and judgement at critical moments make you worth following," he complimented, startling the boy, "that's why I voted for you."

"But didn't you want to do it, Iida?" questioned the girl, blinking at the boy in confusion.

"Yeah, I mean, you've got the glasses and everything," Uraraka added, the boy sweat-dropping as he murmured that the females usually said what they wanted to without thinking.

"Wanting to do it and being suitable for it are two different things," he noted, "I merely did what I judged to be correct."

"'Merely'?" they echoed, "you don't usually use that word..."

"Oh... that's..."

"I've been thinking... are you a rich kid, Iida?!" the girl questioned suddenly.

"R-rich?" he repeated, shocked, "I tried to change how I talk because I didn't want to be called that."

This didn't gain much of a response, the trio eerily staring at him as they waited for him to give an answer to the girl's question. He exhaled.

"Yes... in fact, my family have been Heroes for generations; I'm the second son. Do you guys know the Turbo Hero, Ingenium?" Rie's eyes shone in both awe and fascination, nodding along with the other two. "He is my older brother! I set my sights on being a Hero because I want to be like my brother, but I still think it is too soon for me to lead others."

"It's the same with me and my older brother," Rie smiled softly, taking the attention off the navy-haired boy and onto the purple-haired girl, "I'm assuming you guys have heard of Raging Sword?"

"No way... he's an extremely capable Pro Hero who wipes out his enemies in just a matter of seconds, and he gets stronger as his emotions get more out of control! His main weapon is a sword-"

"What's a Level 3 Security Breach?" Iida questioned blankly.

"It means someone's trespassed onto school grounds!" a third-year student informed before running out of the cafeteria.

"These guys aren't being very orderly, are they?" murmured the girl, though her heart was thumping against her chest as Iida grabbed her wrist, the students shoving each other outside as the girl grunted, hearing yells of people to stop pushing, panicking as Iida shoved himself through to the window, dragging the golden-orbed girl with him. He pressed his face against the glass, wondering who had tres-

"Of all the people... why the press?" The pair had noted that they were surrounding Present Mic and Eraser Head who seemed to be discussing something in low voices. "Of course, in a panic, everybody would rea-Iida?"

He shuffled along, his grip on the girl's wrist still remaining strong as he reached out to Uraraka, who gazed at him with a confused expression.

"Make me float!" Understanding his words, her fingertips grazed over his as he floated upwards, startling the students around him. He rolled his pants up to reveal his engines. "Engine boost!"

The plan half-backfired, he sumersaulted and crashed into the wall, gripping onto the pipe above him to steady himself.

"Everyone, everything is fine!" His legs trembled from the thin balance that he was standing on, finding it harder and harder to maintain his sense of equilibrium and all he was thinking about was trying not to fall off while getting the message to everybody. "It's just the media! There's nothing to panic about! This is U.A.; let's act in a way befitting the best of the best!"

The students audibly released a sigh, laughing at the boy who yelled for someone to help him down from the Exit sign as they flooded back to their classroom to greet their homeroom teacher, who looked just as disgruntled as the rest of them.

"I would like to say something. I think that Tenya Iida should be the class representative." The said boy perked up, sitting up slightly straighter. "He was able to get everyone's attention in a cool way... I think it would be best if Iida took over."

"No objections?"

"I'm fine with that," shrugged Kirishima, "Midoriya's saying it and he's not lying when he said that Iida was a big help at the cafeteria!"

"Yeah, and he looked like the person on the emergency exit signs, didn't he?" agreed Kaminari.

"If the class rep has nominated me, then it cannot be helped," he stated boldly, the students gazing at him as he stood up.

"From now on, I, Tenya Iida, promise to do my best to carry out the duties of a class representative."

"We're counting on you, Emergency Exit!"
