"What the fuck was that stuff?!" gagged Rie, Bakugo appearing behind her and emerging from the black-like ink, coughing as he covered his mouth, disgusted.
"Apologies... Bakugo... Hassake..." an unfamiliar, deep voice spoke. The pair gazed up in front of them to instantly freeze, intimidated. He had various tubes sticking out of his neck and jaw. There were small holes in the palms of his hands. He wore a plain, black suit.
"Huh?! What're you-" the pair gazed behind them to find the rest of the League and assassins falling out of the same black ink-like goo.
"You've failed again, Tomura..." the man murmured, staring down at Shigaraki as the Villains stiffly stood, "but you mustn't lose heart. There will be more chances to set things right, which is why I've brought along your little band of knights and assassins." The stranger eyed the teenagers. "And the boy and girl... because you determined they were important pawns. So, try again. That's what I'm here to help you to do."
I've... seen him somewhere before... but where?!
"It's... all for you," the man continued smoothly, eying the frozen assassin, "ah, I thought I saw you somewhere before... Hassake..."
Her eyes widened as Bakugo gazed over at her.
"You two... know each other?" he resisted the urge to throw up.
"He's... All For One... Japan's strongest Villain," she responded, her lips barely moving, "if it weren't for him, I'd be both Japan's strongest assassin and Villain..."
"Ah... I knew you'd come..." the Villain stated without gazing up, the pair tilting their heads upwards to see All Might making a beeline for the Villain, "All Might... come to kill me again, have you?"
A... gain?
"You're gonna give it all back, All For One!" he roared, ignoring his statement and his fist colliding with his arms, the shockwave rippling around the entire area.
"It's about five kilometres from the bar to here... and it took you a whole thirty seconds to arrive after I ent the Nomu," he observed, humming as he straightened his clothing and dusted himself off, "you're losing it, All Might."
"So are you," he shot back, sneering as he stood, "what's with that industrial-looking mask, huh? Been working in a factory, have we? Are you even sure you should be up and about in that state?"
"Touche," he smirked.
"I'm not going to make the same mistake I did five years ago," he snarled, "I'll be taking Bakugo and Rie, and this time, I'll be smashing you into a prison cell: you, your little League of Villains, and the assassin family!"
"Hmph... sounds like there's quite a lot on your to-do list," heaved the Villain, the Hero jolting as he raised his hand, "you and me both, then, it seems." In the blink of an eye, the Hero was sent flying back into apartments and buildings, sending them tumbling down and collapsing into rubble. "Let me introduce you to my Air Cannon and my Springlike Limbs, kinetically boosted by four and the strength enhanced by three... it's a fun little combination, but I'd like to add in a few more power-up-type Quirks..."
"All Might!"
"Don't fret, young ones," the Villain hummed, "you need to flee, Tomura, and take the teenagers with you." His hand formed a black claw, the black fingers penetrating Kurogiri's body.
"Hey, the poor fellow's been knocked unconscious!" yelled the man with sunglasses - Magne - glaring as he tried to stop All For One to take his claw-like fingers away from his body, "I'm not sure you do it, but can't you use your Warp ability to help us get away?!"
"Ah, Magne, let me explain: my version is not complete; it only works over extremely short distances and it's not like his," he motioned to the unconscious Gate, "which can target specific coordinates. All I can do is to bring things to me or send them away from me. What's more, the destination has to be a person, one who I'm well-acquainted with."
With that, he activated his Quirk, forcibly opening Kurogiri's black, swirling portal.
"Now go."
"What about-" Shigaraki began, perking up as a crash could be heard from nearby, the group swivelling their heads in its direction. All Might emerged from the rubble, snarling with a darkened expression.
"You won't be getting away this time, All For One!"
"Always think ahead, Tomura," the head of the group spoke calmly, turning away, "you still have much more room to grow."
With that, he blocked the Hero's attack, the portal whirling behind him.
"Time to go, Shigaraki, while he's holding All Might back!" called Compress.
"Oh, and take your pawns with you, while you're at it."
"Bakugo, Rie!" All Might yelled, gritting his teeth as the Villains made a beeline for the teenagers who dodged their relentless attacks.
"Just give up and come join us, Dart!" hissed her mother, the girl barely dodging her father's knife and roundhouse kicking Toga out of the way, the girl grunting as she was thrown back. Bakugo let out a low 'tch', knowing that he and the assassin were thinking the same thing:
These guys have us on the ropes, it's definitely not going to be like before where they took us unnoticed and put us to sleep. They're gonna try and take us by force... not to mention it's six-on-two, and we're up against Villains of extremely high calibre... First of all, we gotta keep the masked bastard from touching us!
He blasted the said 'masked bastard' away, the Hero rushing for the pair as soon as he saw that his opponent was distracted. All For One thrust out a hand, black claws emerging from each of his fingers as they aimed towards the Hero who grunted as he was pinned down, thrown aside.
An Explosion sounded.
"Hey, bastards, I gotta question for you!" roared Bakugo, sneering.
"Go ahead," Illumi stated monotonously.
"Do any of you know the meaning of 'no'?!" he roared, the pair fighting and moving in sync.
"We're... surprisingly a good pair," she marvelled.
"Shut up and focus," he snarled, unwilling to display his assent.
"Never thought we'd be getting along," she teased.
"Of course you chose to joke around when we're fighting Villains!" he snapped, though he cut himself off as a large ice ramp emerged from not too far away. The pair blinked as three somewhat familiar figures appeared, the teenagers' eyes widening.
"Oi, Rie, on the count of three, hold onto me as tightly as possible," he murmured lowly, gripping her wrist as he suddenly understood Kirishima's determined gaze. Sparks began to emerge from his left palm as he faced it down.
"H-huh?!"
"One..."
"W-wait, Bakugo-"
"Two."
"Hold on just a-"
"Three," he smirked, the girl squeaking as he unexpectedly blasted away from the unsuspecting Villains, gripping onto Kirishima's hand, the wind blowing about his spiked hair.
"You idiots..."
"Thankus later, Bakugo, Rie!"
