Chapter 4

Rainlee told the boys we were going to get ice cream. They said they would just catch a ride. My ticks weren't as bad in the car but some were worse than others. When we arrived in the parking lot of the ice cream shop I felt a tick but it was too late

'Sack check!' Then again I punched myself in the balls. I held myself, groaned, and put my head on the dashboard waiting for the pain to pass. "That's the fifth time bro. I'm not gonna be able to have kids." I said in a breathy almost out of breath voice

She laughed and she started to rub my back. "Awww poor baby" 'fuck you' *tic* I flicked her off "I-I'm sorry. I didn't mean to say pr do that."

"Knox will you stop apologizing! You can't control it. It does not hurt my feelings."

"Why are you so *tic* nice to me? You accept everything about me." I asked. I really wanted to know why. "We've already been over this. I like YOU. I trust you. I know we just met but it feels like I've known you forever." She doesn't really know a lot about me. I mean she knows my huge secrets but she doesn't know me in detail.

"My favorite colors are cornflower blue and eucalyptus green. I like cornflower blue now because of your eyes. I like how eucalyptus smells and the type of green calms me." I said looking right into her eyes. She smiled and started blushing "My favorite movies are Sandlot because it makes me happy, My girl because I get a good cry, and Happy Gilmore because Adam Sandler is one funny motherfucker. I love 90s movies in general. I love adventure whatever that might be. I like to cook, sing and play football. I've had a rock collection since i was 4. I make my own video games for fun which is really dorky, but it's so fun. I have my drivers license, but I'm scared to us it after I almost crashed one time." I said in a continuous outburst

She furrowed her eyebrows at me"Where is all of this coming from?"

'Out my mouth' "No. Its coming from a girl who has a crush and wants the crush to know more about her. I really like you too...Your turn!" she grabbed my hand and looked me in my eyes. I felt so trapped in them.

"My favorite color is sea green even though for some reason everyone thinks it's yellow. It's odd and I've never gotten why anybody thinks that. I love romance comedies. I also like to go on adventures and find new things. I believed in Santa till I was 13. I like playing video games and listening to music. I love to read and write. And I like you." She gave my hand a squeeze

'Let me kiss you' *tic* I slapped myself on my forehead and turned away from her. She grabbed my chin and turned my head back to her putting her lips onto mine for a quick kiss.

She pulled away"I'm sorry I shouldn't hav-" Before she could finish I pulled her back to me. We kissed for a few minutes until I licked her bottom lip trying to deepen the kiss. She opened her mouth, but before I could get a chance to deepen the kiss there was a knock on my window.

"Ok get it Knoxley!" Of course it's Kailor and Laken. *tic* "WILL YOU LEAVE KAI!?" I said annoyed through the window. "I'm here too" Laken said .

They opened the back door and I rolled my eyes. "Hi guys. Soooo other than sucking eachothers face off what's the plan. What we doing?"

"Oh no. No, no get out Kai you always *tic* ruin everything." I'm begging him with pleading eyes. "Oh I was interrupting something?" He was playing dumb he looked at Laken to see if he was wrong and Laken shook his head "KAILOR ANDREW *tic* DAVIE STOP PLAYING DUMB!" He started to smile "I'm telling mom and you can't stop me!" He sang as he stuck his tongue out at me

"God you are such *tic* a child.....if you tell mom I'm telling her about your little "fun" before we left Michigan" and with that he shut up. He was going to speak but he opened the door and ran out. What the hell? Where is he going

I unbuckled my seat belt off and took off after him. He got to the grass before I tackled him to the ground and slapped him in the face. "That's for ruining my moment!*tic*" when I ticked, that's when Kailor flipped us around and slapped me. "That's for having even the thought of telling mom what I did! The audacity you have!" I pushed him off of me and stood up.

"Dude! *tic* you were gonna tell mom about me kissing Lee! Tell me how that makes sense! Sorry for having the right to kiss a girl." He stood up and looked me in the eye and then started to laughing. Which made me laugh. "We ok now?" He nodded "Yeah! That was a pretty good tackle little sis....Damn my face hurts." He said letting out a huff holding his cheek. "Cmon. You know what mom always says..."
"hugging always makes it better" we said simultaneously.

I then pulled him in for a hug. When we pulled away Rainlee and Laken were looking at us with shocked and concerned expressions. "Y'all are the weirdest family I swear to god." Laken said making me laugh. "Go get your girl. Lake and I will leave." He whispered. I thanked him and they left

"Wow you beat your brother up just for me." She then grabbed my hand. "I'm not even in the mood for ice cream anymore. Let's go home and make something." She nodded and we sean back to the car.
