Vengeance (1)

Ayron’s POV

My body ached and all I wanted to do was feed. Sadly after feeding off of two people, I was strong enough to get my revenge. I had been waiting for over one hundred years to get my revenge on the one man who had caused me torture for my whole life.

I did feel kind of bad for the Tatia look a-like that I had managed to get the information from, mainly because she was probably dead by now.

Before heading in the correct direction I decided to do a little outfit shopping- or stealing. Gaining revenge in a corset and skirt wouldn’t be the best option, so I decided to embrace the 2010 fashion. Black leather seemed to be in fashion, as well as a lot of clothes you wouldn’t have been seen dead in before I was daggered.

My coordination wasn’t great but I managed to find my way to the house, she had told me they lived in. I didn’t doubt her, not because I trusted her, but because the house was large and elegant. They never minimalized anything; everything was over the top and expensive.

I slowly walked up the pathway, looking around for anything that could be used to kill me; I knew them too well. If they knew I had been awakened they wouldn’t be so light on how they protected themselves.  They thought they were a lot more powerful that they were, as they would never let a human live with them for protection against un-wanted visitors.

As I reached the door I let my right foot collide with the wooden structure, allowing it to splinter and collapse onto the floor. Hastily I stepped into the grand entrance, looking around for any surprise attacks.

“Niklaus Mikaelson,” I yelled taking in my surroundings.

“Are you expecting visitors?” The familiar Kol Mikaelson voice rang.

Following the sound of his voice I ended up in what looked like a living room- a large one at that. The five vampires were sat on sofas around the room.

I took evenly long strides towards Niklaus. When I was within arm’s reach of him I let my hand grip his throat, picking him up off of the ground.

“Hello Love, miss me?” I smirked letting my hand constrict slightly, but he could still respond, not clearly but it was clear enough to hear.

“Ayron, what are you doing here?” He croaked holding onto my hand trying to make it let go, sadly it didn’t work.

“You know it was my dream to lie in a coffin for over a hundred years. It was just swell, but you know, seen as I can’t put that torture on you, I thought how about I drink from the little Tatia look alike and then come here and get a small piece of revenge,” I smirked with a low eerie chuckle.

“You killed Elena?” He croaked, looking slightly shocked and angry- well angrier than he had been due to me holding his throat.

Rebekah let out a soft gasp. I presumed the Tatia doppelganger was Elena and obviously she meant something to Niklaus, not romantic but she probably meant something due to her being the doppelganger of the one whose blood created vampires. As well as that I presumed Rebekah, had a history with her too, but God knows what that was.

“Possibly Love, she didn’t look good when I left her, and neither did the handsome guy she was with, but oh well. They certainly were tasty,” I grinned licking my lips, “So back to the point Niklaus, how are we going to settle this?”

“I’m sorry,” He whispered softly.

“Sorry doesn’t cut it sweetheart, but I know something that’ll be a great start,” I smiled sweetly leaning my face into his. He closed his eyes showing that my plan worked, but instead of kissing him like he obviously thought, I snapped his neck, “Night, love.”

I let go of his neck allowing him to collapse to the floor in a heap. I looked up at his four siblings knowing there would be two options on how they would react. Either they would be happy that I had snapped his neck and glad I had come back to them, or they would attack me as I was causing their brother pain. Hopefully it wasn’t the latter.

Kol got up from his seat with a soft grin on his face. He stepped towards me taking one of my hands in his, “Ayron, I’ve missed you and your fiery ways,” He stated kissing my head.

As he let go of my hand, I smiled up at him, “Aw Kol, I’ve missed you and your overly flirtatious and perverted ways.”

“Are you going to attempt to get revenge on us all or just Niklaus?” Finn questioned also standing.

“Of course just Niklaus, he was the one who stabbed me in the back, you’re just the ones who are sadly related to him,” I shrugged.

“Your hatred towards Nik is awfully amusing,” Rebekah chuckled in her seat.

I chuckled along with her, taking the seat next to Elijah, where Kol sat down on my other side whilst Finn sat down next to Rebekah again.

“If he didn’t dagger me, I wouldn’t hate him- so much,” I shrugged.

“So, did you actually kill the doppelganger?” Rebekah questioned with a soft and hopeful grin.

“I don’t think so. She didn’t look great when I left, so possibly. I know I killed the guy with her, but he had that nifty Gilbert ring on, so he’ll be fine,” I stated with a soft shrug.

I leant back in my seat leaning my arms on Kol and Elijah’s shoulders, seen as at this height they were perfect for me to lean on. When they stood up it was a different story.

“Are you actually hanging around until he wakes up?” Elijah chuckled, raising an eyebrow.

“Of course; he won’t be awake for too long,” I smirked.

“You’re going to make him pay aren’t you?” Kol chuckled.

“Course,” I shrugged, “He will be sorry for everything he has ever done to me.”

Niklaus was once the man I loved, I couldn’t say I didn’t love him now, but I definitely didn’t feel the same about him. We were an extremely happy couple as humans until we were turned into vampires by his Mother as we were due to get married.

The wedding never occurred, it’s about a thousand years later but we never did get married. About one hundred years ago, I annoyed him to the extent he realised the only way to get me out of his hair was the dagger me and leave me in a casket.

What I did wasn’t the worst thing I had ever done. We were in New Orleans and Kol and I went on a rampage, nearly slaughtering the whole town. For some reason he was disappointed in me, although he was a cold blooded killer. Supposedly I embarrassed him as I was supposed to be a lady to be by his side.

Never had I seen the point of being the stereotypical woman who always followed her fiancé or husbands demands. If we were a disappointment to mankind as we weren’t married and, it was wrong not to be. Anyway that’s what everyone saw of people up to when I was daggered.

Now all I had to do was get my revenge and try to see what will happen between me and this family. I cared for them more than anything especially Niklaus but I needed vengeance to show I wasn’t the push over he thought I was. His family on the other hand, were like my own family and without them I don’t really know what would happen.

As well as focusing on them, I had this town of which I had been born in, to find some amusement. It would be fun to spend some time actually being a vampire, and maybe meet some others in town. After all it was Mystic Falls.
