Give me the keys.

They both run across the hallway, taking zig zag turns trying to find the nearest on call room. They both giggle as they do so. Derek opens the on call room and finds Addison and Mark in the middle of fucking.

"Oh sorry!" He states closing the door quickly.

"What?" Meredith states giggling at the traumatized Derek. He is now more furious than ever seeing that, and that makes him even more in need to fuck Meredith hard.

"Nothing.. let's go." He says grasping onto her hand harder and starts to jog throughout the hospital. His pager goes off.

"Shit!" He says loudly letting go of Meredith's hand and grabbing his pager.

"Don't tell me-" She groans.

"It is. I'm sorry." He kisses her quickly before running down the hall, leaving her wet and stranded with nothing to do.

"This is just great!" She stomped her feet and walked to the locker room.

Derek had just got out of surgery after having to do an emergency brain tumor. He successfully got it out, but completely forgot about his girlfriend. "Oh shit." He smacked his hand on his head and ran toward the one place he'd thought she would be: her car. He walked out in his scrubs and scrub cap and saw Meredith with her car light on, fixing her makeup. It was about 4 am, and pretty hot outside for this early in the morning. He ran to the window and knocked on it. She got startled. She rolled it down.

"Finally." She giggles slightly.

"Sorry. It was a brain tumor that spread throughout the brain." He smiles at her.

"It's okay.. I was going to go home but I thought I would wait for you. But if you are still busy I can leave." She smiles sadly and starts her car.

"No no. I can... I can go. Just let me get dressed inside and I'll take you somewhere special. Okay?" He strokes her cheek in a way of apologizing for earlier.

"Okay, but hurry up!" She complains. He runs inside the hospital and gets changed.

"Let me drive." He yells from the parking lot to Meredith. He gets closer and repeats it again.

"No! This is my car, I drive. And you speed. So no." She starts the car as he opens the driver's door.

"Get out."

"You can't kick me out of my own car?!" She likes to fight with him, because she knows sooner or later he'll get payback, and it'll feel good.

He leans over and unbuckles her seatbelt and grasps her arm.

"Cmon." He pulls her out of the driver's seat.

"This is my car you ass!" He gets in the car and buckles himself in. He notices he forgets something.

"Looking for these?" She holds up the keys from the window.

"You little-" He unbuckles his seatbelt and opens the door. He closes it furiously and walks towards her. She smiles widely and holds up the keys as she backs away.

"If you don't give me those keys.."

"What are you gonna do? Tell my mommy? Or how about my dad?" She giggles backing up into the open street.

"Meredith Ellis Grey." He says her full name in frustration.

"Yes Derek Christopher Shepherd?" She continues to back away before he starts running towards her. She giggles as she runs around the parking lot. Derek can't help but smile at her giggling. He stops for a second to catch his breath.
