Presure getting to me

General POV;  it's been almost a week since Kelly has really talked of Stella and she has been staying at Brett's place for the last few days, the whole firehouse got called to a gas station  fire  everyone was safely recuse . After the clean up of the scene they all headed back to the firehouse. When they arrived back to the firehouse, Stella decide to go talk to Kelly

S= hey I just wanna let you know I'm gonna stay at Brett's again tonight
K= well do what you gotta do

Later in the shift Casey sends Gallo home for not listening to him on the gas station call. Right now kelly and Casey are going over their truck maintenance stuff

K= a little short Handed today
MC= Uh-huh you heard
K= I saw Gallo in the locker room hanging around packing his stuff
MC= you think I handled it the right way
K= I don't know a save like that I might let it slide but it's your call I wouldn't second guess yourself as long as your frustration is with Gallo and not something unrelated you seem a little off lately anything going on
MC= nah all good how ' bout you any particular reason kidd is staying away from the apartment
K= uh nothing that won't work itself out it's all good

Casey had a visitor that distract him from his work.

Stella's POV: it's been another couple days since Kelly has really talked to me. So I have been staying at Brett's place for a couple days now to see if it will get the hint yet and he hasn't which is making me angrier each day. Today kelly told me to do what I gotta do which is making me lose faith that he has changed. Right now I am in the bunk room going through a box while listening to Brett

SB= it's pretty weird for Casey to lose his cool does he seem different to you lately ... Stella?
S= sorry I my head all over the place
SB= I don't blame you
S= everybody warned me that Kelly wasn't the setting down type that he would blow this up somehow some way
SB= but he has changed so much since you two got together
S= does anybody ever really change what if everything I thought we had together was wrong
KY= hey uh chief Boden wanted me to..... you okay
S= yeah mm-hmm yeah I'm fine what's this
KY= uh chief said you need these books for the Lieutenant exam
S= uh thanks Kylie ( she leaves) this is a lot
SB= I'm here for you anything you need

Brett had a call so she leaves, so I start thinking about all of the stuff I need to do in the next few months on top of what's going on with Kelly, I decide to go talk to chief about something 

S= chief in there
KY= yeah
So chief you got a second
CB= yeah of course
S= thank you for the books
CB= ah it should be helpful Kylie is printing an addendum to engine company's operations manual for you
S= okay I was just thinking would it be possible to put off on taking the Lieutenant test until next year
CB= well as you know test are only scheduled for when there are openings available so waiting is a gamble
S= I'm so grateful to you for your support and I definitely see myself getting on that officer track soon there's just a lot going on right now and I do not want girls on fire falling through the cracks
CB= okay will you do me a favor why don't you take a few days think it over
S= okay I will thank you chief

I walk out of the chief office and start thinking it over if I should take the test with everything going on or wait till next time there is openings . I hope I can figure out what should I do soon.

Kelly's pov: it's been a couple days since Stella starting staying at Brett's house I have been thinking about how I really mess up this time. But hopefully having a little time apart will help resolve our tension enough for things to past. I guess we will figure it out a couple days ago Matt over sleep where I had to wake him up  but I guess today it's mine turn to over sleep
MC= hey you all over sleep this time ( Kelly opens his door and Matt gives a look) Stella not here
