A Pelican Dropship landed in the hanger bay of the Mother of Invention, the primary frigate of Project Freelancer. The ramp for the Pelican lowered and two people exited the aircraft.

Counselor: What is your first impression, Agent Hawaii?

Hawaii: It's. . . certainly way bigger than I expected. A lot more. . . shiny?

Counselor: I'm sure your opinion will develop more once we leave the hanger. Please follow me to meet the Director.

Hawaii: Yes sir!

The Counselor had to adjust to the newest agent's upbeat personality, but he wasn't entirely in dark due to another agent being very similar. The two arrived on the bridge of the ship, a leaderboard like projection appearing in front of a man with black, graying hair. He had green eyes and wore rectangular glasses along with a black suit. The leaderboard read,

1. North Carolina

2: York

3: Wyoming

4: South Dakota

5: South Carolina

6: North Dakota

Hawaii was intrigued, but shrugged it off. They were just numbers after all.

Director: Good evening Counselor.

Counselor: Good evening Director. I brought our newest agent.

Hawaii: Reporting for duty, sir!

She saluted and then stood tall with her hands at her sides.

Director: At ease soldier. State your name.

Hawaii: Ruby An-

Counselor: Our apologies, the Director meant your codename.

Hawaii: Oh, s-sorry. Agent Hawaii, sir.

Director: It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance Hawaii, I do hope you find it comfortable here. Counselor, please show her to her quarters and have her choose a set of armor.

Counselor: Yes Director. Please, follow me Agent Hawaii.

The Counselor led the ravennette to her quarters, which was a moderately sized room with a bunk, a closet, and a few drawers.

Counselor: Feel free to decorate however you'd like. Now, for your armor assignment.

He handed Ruby his data pad, which displayed all the different armor pieces available. She quickly noticed that the Mark VI Helmet was marked as the standard choice, but she already had something in mind.

Hawaii: Finished.

She handed the Counselor his device back. He took a look to see what it was she desired.

Counselor: It'll arrive within the hour

Counselor: It'll arrive within the hour. Please stay here and get acquainted with your quarters.

The girl nodded as the Counselor left the room. She set her belongings down and took a seat on the bed, sighing upon realizing it was as hard as a rock. At the very least, she had a pillow that was fairly comfortable. She looked in the closet and discovered an armor stand along with a few sets of basic clothing for sleepwear normal wear, and ceremonial wear. One thing did strike her as odd. . . .

Hawaii: How did they get my measurements?

She thought of a few possibilities and realized it could only be one.

Hawaii: I don't know whether I should be bothered that it only took him glance, bothered that he only looked once, or glad that he did look once.

She sighed and put the bra back inside the closet. Her scarlet red eyes found the drawers and opened them despite anticipating that nothing would be inside. Surprisingly, there were a couple things. One was the key to the room she was in. The second key looked like a locker key. That was it, so Hawaii decided the best course of action was to see it sleeping on the rock that was her bed would be possible. It took her half an hour, but she eventually drifted off to sleep. . . for twenty minutes since her armor arrived.

Hawaii: *groans* God, sleeping on the ground would be more comfortable than that.

She went to door and collected her armor from the Counselor.

Counselor: Once you're armored, please meet me outside.

With that, the girl found herself equipping Freelancer armor for the first time. After a few minutes, she placed the helmet on her head and heard a hiss and click before her visor lit up.

Hawaii: It's a bit hot in this thing. A little too tight too. Eh, I'll be fine.

She walked outside to see the Counselor waiting.

Hawaii: Where to, sir?

Counselor: Please, call me counselor. And, we are going to examine your skills much more closely. We already have a volunteer to test you in three separate trials.

Hawaii: I see. . . .

She didn't expect most of the elite Freelancers to spectate the trial, and she definitely didn't expect who her opponent would be. . . .

(A/N- Relocated will only be three parts instead of four because there isn't much of a reason to keep the fourth part for what I have in mind. Also, part three will be a little cheesy, so here's your warning.)
