The Football Game

            Akira's POV

I went to the library and did my research which was by the way very boring. I then went to the washroom to change into Zac's jersey which smelled just like him

As I was going to the bleachers someone grabbed my arms and I turned around to see Aaron.

"Hey!" He said letting go of my arms

"Hi" I said

"To the bleachers I suppose?" He said eyeing me up and down

"Yeah! Wanna come?" I asked

"Yes sure" he said

We went to the bleachers it was mostly empty with some couples making out. So i took one of the front seats and texted Mia, Ruby and Mary to come fast.

The principal announced that the other school did not arrive as yet and the football team disappeared from the ground so I asked Aaron to save the seats and went to the changing room.

Well actually Zac was right there was a lot of shirtless guys so I didn't enter the changing room. I texted Zac to come see me outside and he did

And boy did he look hot. He took a shower I guess water dripping from his body. He looked like he was a hero from some expensive Hollywood movie

"How's your leg?" I asked after I checked him out to my heart's content.

"It's sexy af" he smirked and I gave a 'seriously?' look

"It's ok. Stop worrying" he said touching my cheeks

I heard the principal announce that Oak wood High had arrived.

"Before you go, all the very best. I know you will do great." I said and kissed him and he kissed back immediately. I knew if I don't pull back this won't end well so I did.

"I hate to stop" he said and sighed. I playfully hit his arms and left

When I went back everyone was there and Aaron and the others saved me a seat

The match was honestly very exciting as both the teams had scored one goal each.

During the last few minutes of the game everyone was at the edge of their seats.

But then I saw Zac, something was wrong with him. He was glaring at a guy from the opposite team and then when they were about to collide Mason passed the ball to Zac and he suddenly fell down but I don't how managed to kick the ball and score the last goal.

Everyone started shouting and jumping but all of that came to an end when the whole of the football team gathered around Zac but he laid still and didn't move.

When I saw that I couldn't move or hear anything. Everything was a blur.

The principal was announcing something about clearing the ground

My friends were shouting my name Aaron was jerking me

I could hear the ambulance.

They took him and I couldn't do anything. I ran towards Jason's car and asked him to take me to the hospital.

I didn't cry or feel anything I was too shocked to act sensibly.

At the hospital along with my friends Melissa was also there.

I took time coming back to my senses but when I did I immediately called Samantha (Zac's mother).

I waited for the doctor to come and when he finally did we all gathered around him

"Will he be alright?" I shot my question at him

"Ahh...well he's wound has being bleeding badly and that's why he got senseless but the problem is he has hit he's head really bad and we suspect internal bleeding but it can merely be concussion also" he said.

I couldn't control myself anymore and taking the support of the wall started crying.

It has been an hour since we spoke to the doctor. We still didn't get to meet him. Zac's parents are here and my parents are on there way. Many of school teachers have already come here.

"Who is Akira?" The nurse came out of Zac's room and called me

"I...I am" I said shaking miserably

"Come with me" the nurse said and everyone started asking her questions and wanted to meet him

"Please calm down this is a hospital. The only reason we are allowing her is because he wanted to meet her"the nurse said.

He wanted to meet me.

I went inside and my heart broke seeing him lying on the bed

"Hey" he said as I went near him

"Why did you have to do this?" I asked tears uncontrollably rolling down my eyes.

"Don't cry. I'll be alright." He said holding my hand.

"I won't die this soon and let Aaron make you his girlfriend" he said

"What?" I asked

"I saw you two sitting together. God I hate that guy" he said and I chuckled

"You are impossible Zac" I said and immediately after the doctor came in with Samantha and Sheldon

"There is no trace of internal bleeding. He will be fine" Samantha said and hugged me but Zac didn't leave my hand.

"How are you feeling honey?" She asked Zac

"Ha...like you care" Zac snapped to my surprise and Samantha looked uncomfortable

"I'll be outside" I said and I left.

I went outside and told the rest of them everything.

After a week

         Zac's POV

It has been a week since the football match my leg is better now. And I have not told anyone about how all this is happening because of that Mark scumbag kicking me.

Anyways it's nice to not do any homework or anything rather just lying down and playing FIFA.

Angel has almost shifted here. She is always here (I am not at all complaining). She only goes home at night. Her chirpy personality has bewitched my mother and Sheldon. Though I don't like them she maintains a very good relationship with both of them.

"Hey!" Angel said coming into my room and tossing her bag onto the armchair

"Hey princess! You look um..." He said before I cut him off

"Disheveled" I completed his sentence

"Yeah"he said and lightly chuckled

"Well i was running around the school for the past 30minutes" she said gulping down atleast one litre of water

"What happened" I said chuckling

"Nothing" she said and gave her a i-want-to-know look

"Fine! Aaron took my notes and I had to chase him" she said

"Oh" I said.

What the fuck does he think of himself ,she is MY girlfriend.

"Don't tell me you are jealous" she said

Ofcourse i was.

"Come on!" She said and making a puppy face came closer to me and kissed my nose.

I want to be mad at her. I can't.

Without wasting a second I captured her lips. She responded back and I could feel her smile against my lips.
