We were so damn lost in the kiss when someone knocked on the door.
"What maa?" I shouted and angel flinched
"I brought you people some food" ma said , a bit flustered
"Thank you Samantha" angel walked up and took the huge tray from her. Ma smiled and left.
"Uhh I know we have not been dating for long but uhm can I ask you something?" Angel asked placing the tray on my bed
"You can ask me anything sweet pea" I said
"Why do you behave with Samantha like that?" She said very uncomfortably
"Uh..." I never told my story to anyone.
"You don't need to tell me if you don't.." she said before I interrupted her
"No you are my girlfriend and you told me everything about Noah so, you deserve to know" I said and took a deep breath which made angel move closer to me and hold my hand
"Sheldon is not my real dad. My father's name is Jake Wilkins. He was the best father. We went to the arcade every weekend, he used to help me with my homework and everything you would expect the perfect father to do. I was very close to him. One day I woke up to maa shouting at dad. She was calling him worst names. This continued for an hour or so , maa was crying relentlessly. The next thing I know we shift to Ohio and after a year in a boarding school I get to know my mother is marrying someone called Sheldon Sinclair , I never said anything, I didn't even attend their wedding. "Hey!hey!" Angel said putting a hand on my cheeks and forcing me to look at her.
"It's okay. I am glad you told me. But why didn't you ask Samantha about your father?" She asked
"I did she never answers" I said
"I am sure she has her reasons Zac. There must be something you don't know. If you still think so high of your father you should do the same with Samantha. She cares for you. She loves you. Whatever happened, she doesn't deserve to be treated like this." She said
"Not you too" I said looking at her beautiful eyes searching for comfort
"Do you really want me to lie to you and tell you yes you are entitled to be a pain in the ass to your maa when I can tell you how I really feel and try to make everything better?" She asked sternly
"No" I said in a small voice.
"Then please don't be so rude to her. Okay?" she said and I nodded.
She kissed me and said a small thank you.
Akira's POV
Monday:
I was damn happy, Zac would start school again and we would spend lots of time together and everything would be perfect.
I took a bath and wore a white off shoulder top with a jeans skirt.
