When I opened my eyes, light was filling the room through the heavy ivory coloured curtains. I closed my eyes tightly and opened again to adjust them with the brightness. I was naked lying in a familiar super king size bed, wrapped in a familiar dear scent. I narrowed my eyes and tried to think hard.

Was I dreaming? Last night I dreamt about Ron. He was embracing....

"Good morning," I turned my head in the direction, from where a familiar voice greeted me softly.

Ron.

So, that wasn't a dream. I really made love with Ron last night.

He was sitting beside me on the bed leaning on the headrest, fully dressed. His fingers were playing with my hair.

How long had he been there? Was he staring at me while I was asleep?

"Did you sleep well?" He asked me affectionately. My eyes caught some angry looking hickeys around his neck area. I gulped hard as I felt a little guilty.

Did I try to bite off my anger on him?

"Hmm." I hummed as I shoved my face in the pillow and peeked at him with one eye. "How long are you up?"

"Not too long." He smiled fondly. "You were sleeping so peacefully. I didn't have a heart to wake you earlier." He got up and slid his hands in the pockets.

"Breakfast is ready. Would you like to take a shower before eating?"

"Yeah." I propped on my one elbow and looked at him straight.

"Good." He nodded and about to head out the room. He paused and looked at me. "Umm..you can find your clothes where you put them earlier, in the closet."

"Sure." I tilted my head and cocked my brow at him. He nodded his head again and left the room.

After taking a warm, refreshing quick bath I stepped out of the shower, wrapped in a towel and went straight to the walk-in-closet room. I sighed.

My belongings were placed neatly and perfectly at their right places, like before. I shook my head and pulled out some random pairs of black jeans and a magenta t-shirt.

I found Ron on the dining table, waiting for me, with our breakfasts.

"Toast, eggs, beans and...sorry, I think we are out of sausages. So we are having spam instead." Ron said apologetically as he poured me a glass of freshly squeezed mixed fruit juice. "There you go. Bon appétit." He slid the glass towards me and sat down on his seat.

"Before we start eating." I cleared my throat to catch his attention. "Don't think much about last night." He looked up at me. "I was just pent up and frustrated. So, I lost myself." I looked down at my plate and started to play with my food. "That's all."

There was a momentary silence between us. I slowly looked up to see a melancholy smile on his face. My heart felt contrite.

"Don't worry, I won't expect anything." He slowly supported his arms on the table and interlocked his all fingers together. "Not now. Like I said, I will wait." He smiled sadly. "Forever." I looked down on my plate again.

"So, when would you like to want me to book a date for skin toning?"

"I can't now." I shook my head. "I have only a few weeks left before my exam. I am already way behind from everything. I will think about it after the exam."
